Comfortable and nice apartment, 39 sqm in Malinka building on the 3rd floor : 1 living room, 1 bedroom, 1 bedroom through, 1 bathroom, 1 WC (one separate WC). Prices include cleaning of the apartment at the end of stay, all bedding, towels, beds made on arrival. Ski-in/ski out, close to the departures for ESF ski school. Perfectly located in the quiet area of La Falaise, at the foot of the slopes, close to shops (bakery, supermarket, cafés and restaurants) and parking.
Comfortable and nice apartment. South West orientation. 1 entrance with cupboards + corner night with bunk beds, 1 fully equipped open plan kitchen, 1 dining area for 6 people, 1 living room with 1 sofa-bed (2 sleeping arrangements available), 1 bathroom with a shower, 1 separate toilet, 1 bedroom with a 140 bed, 1 balcony with a exceptional mountain view. Ski locker in the ski room of the building.

Fantastic holiday

It was our first visit to Avoriaz and we had a great time.The apartment is quite compact but very well layed out and is very functional. We stayed in most nights and we were very comfortable. The view of the mountains is fantastic. We were able to ski out straight from the boot room onto the proclou run. We could then get a lift up to the plateau ski school meeting point. It was only a few minutes walk if we decided to walk it. We could ski back to within a few minutes walk of the apartment. There is a supermarket right beside the building and restaurants all around.We would highly recommend this apartment for a family holiday.

Séjour vacances hiver Avoriaz

Pour changer, nous avons décidé de réserver ce nouvel appartement. Très bien situé entre le quartier de l’Amara et Falaise. Idéal pour voir les enfants skier sur la piste débutant devant l’appartement et partir ski aux pieds sur le télésiège Proclou Dans l’entrée se trouve un lit superposé, ensuite en enfilade un placard à balai puis une douche et des toilettes. La petite cuisine est ouverte sur un charmant salon avec une alcôve dans laquelle se trouve un lit de 140. La vue est magnifique et l’appartement est décoré avec goût.

Très bien

Bien placé, bel appartement. Vue superbe. Le local à ski mérite un petit rafraîchissement mais le séjour fut excellent en général.

Fantastic Family Holiday with all level of skiers

We are a family of 4, two adults and two teenagers. My husband is an excellent snowboarder, I am a beginner skier and our kids are average skiers. This apartment was in the perfect location for all of us, it had a beginner lift right outside. The apartment is also right next to a supermarket and bakery so everything is at your fingertips. The apartment is nicely decorated and has all the essentials you need to cook basic meals yourself which we did most nights. The check in was easy and the communication great. We highly recommend this apartment for families and we hope to go back again in the future.

Fabulous apartment

We stayed in this lovely apartment in the last week of the ski season. It is very well located - you can ski down to a nice easy blue run directly from the apartment and the main part of town is only a short walk/ski away. The views from the living room window are breathtaking, especially at sunset. The apartment was very well equipped, comfortable and clean and had everything we needed for a family of four. There is also a ski-locker for your use. Take a teatowel with you as these are not provided. Communication with the owner and management company was really good. Overall, we loved it and would highly recommend the apartment and Avoriaz. We will be back :-)

Perfectly situated. Beautiful view of the mountains. Ski in ski out worked very well, even in April. Slightly basic. Only 2 rings for cooking. Clean. Sleeps 4 comfortably.

Erg aangenaam en rustig gelegen appartement.

Het appartement is mooi en modern ingericht met overal voldoende opbergruimte. Doordat het appartement aan het einde van de gang gelegen is, is het vrij rustig. Er is ook een mooi uitzicht over de omgeving. De keuken is goed uitgerust. Alle toestellen zijn aanwezig, zoals een broodrooster, afwasmachine, waterkoker, koffiezet machine etc. Tevens is er meer dan voldoende bestek en servies aanwezig.

Small but perfectly formed.

We were delighted with the apartment which was just as promised. The layout is cleverly compact and furnishings are comfortable. It is ideally situated and really is ski in and ski out. It is however the views that surpass everything - we spend a lot of time just taking in the breath taking ever changing sky lines. In terms of convenience everything is close at hand, no need for a horse drawn taxi or skidoo to take transfer you, there's a supermarket, bakery and numerous restaurants all within walking distance. Will certainly be back!!

Great little place. Really smooth check in and check out. Great location to ski from and only a 5 minute walk in to the main strip in Avoriaz.

Very well-equipped, beautifully furnished property. Ample space for family of 4-5

The owners responded very quickly to our queries, and the whole process was simple and efficient. The appartment is very clean, bright and well furnished. The evening sunset views are just stunning over the mountains! We were a family of 2 adults, 3 children. Although this meant that we had to use the sofa bed in the sitting room area as well as the double bedroom and bunk beds, there was plenty of storage for clothes etc and enough space for us all to feel comfortable and cosy. The appartment was modern and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Ski-in-ski-out location, ski lockers on the same floor as the appartment and a supermarket, restaurants, ski hire shops and everything you could need just a minute's walk away all meant that the holiday was as easy as could be! Thank you very much, we will definitely return!

Excellent séjour

Appartement très fonctionnel, très bien agencé et très bien équipé (nous avons notamment pris beaucoup de plaisir à jouer avec les enfants aux jeux mis à disposition). Nous avons également beaucoup apprécié la magnifique vue sur les montagnes environnantes depuis la terrasse. Avec en prime des couchers de soleil flamboyants ! L'appartement est en bout de coursive et offre donc plus d'intimité. Il est au même niveau que les casiers à ski ce qui permet un accès plus rapide aux pistes. Et enfin, le parking couvert de La Falaise est juste à côté ce qui facilite le chargement et le déchargement des bagages. Beaucoup d'avantages donc, sans oublier l'attrait de la station elle-même: Avoriaz est une magnifique station de par son architecture, son environnement géographique, ses modes de déplacement et les activités proposées. Il nous tarde déjà de revenir !

A great apartment that is well equipped, on the slopes and has ski hire and a supermarket next door.

The apartment is very comfortable and easily held our party of 5 adults. There is a wonderful view down the valley. Would come and stay here again.

If you are looking for a location with plenty of outdoor sports and walking or cycling in the summer you would be hard pressed to find a better location, we will he back in the future. The weather was excellent during our stay, Morzine festivals and one of the best fire works displays I have seen

The place to be!

Agréable et spacieux appartement en parfait état, bien équipé et décoré avec goût. Très belle vue dégagée sur la montagne. Stratégiquement bien placé près du parking de la Falaise et du petit supermarché Sherpa. Accès facile au skiroom et direct aux pistes. A 5mn à pied du centre animé d'Avoriaz. Propriétaires et accueil sur place réactifs et à l'écoute. Je pratique Avoriaz depuis 35 ans et recommande vivement cette location.

Excellent séjour

Emplacement idéal dans la station, à 2 minutes des parkings couverts (celui pour Malinka est le Parking de la Falaise à 25€ la semaine ce qui est raisonnable, plus qu'en hiver en tout les cas ;-) ), appartement sans vis à vis, exposition sud avec magnifiques couchés de soleil, supérette et boulanger à 2 pas, à quelques minutes à pied de la rue principale (où se trouve l'Office de Tourisme) Appartement très bien agencé et pratique, situé en bout de coursive (avantages : on a une fenêtre sur le coté de l'appartement au niveau du coin repas, un vrai plus / de plus pas d'appartement au dessus) Avoriaz station sympa en ce début d'été (j'avais un peu part de l'architecture sans neige, en fait non cela reste sympa), calme, bien aménagée, centre nautique de type Center Parcs (entrée 6€ / semaine 28€) à faire après une journée de marche Accueil très sympa de la part de Carole notre intermédiaire Contact parfait avec le propriétaire par mail

Parfait. Very good.

We had an amazing holiday. The apartment is in every aspect luxury. The decoration is nice and the beds have very good mattresses so a good night sleep is guaranteed :-) Just a walk true the hall way and you are in the skiroom and on the slopes. The supermarket and restaurants are only a few steps away! For people who need rental stuff also this shops are a few steps away. When we arrived the beds were made, and we even did get coffee (Nespresso) cups and a cleaning kit. Towels were changed on wednesday... A very good shower and heatings! We can recommend this apartment to everyone who is searching for a nice stay "on" the slopes.

Excellent location in La Falaise, close to the slopes. A grocery and a bakery are 1 minute walk. The view on Morzine is amazing. Nice decoration, very comfortable and large balcony. Clean and in excellent condition. A place we do recommend.

Avoriaz est une station sympathique, avec un effort pour le tri des déchets ce que je trouve méritant et très positif et l'appartement est agréable, bien situé, beaux couchés de soleil, en bout de coursive pour plus de calme. Le coût des vacances est bien sûr en rapport...
