The space

Our Guesthouse has a separate entry and includes a nice private yard and patio for you to enjoy your morning coffee or just enjoy the outdoors.

Space is outfitted with a kitchen, living room, bathroom and a private bedroom.

The kitchen includes a refrigerator, a toaster oven, two electric tabletop burners, a Keurig coffee maker, a blender, pans, plates, silverware and cups.

Cozy living room includes a smart TV, comfortable sofa bed (Full), and a lift-top coffee table that is great for you to use your Laptop and where you can eat while enjoying your favorite show.

The spacious private bedroom is equipped with a King size bed, a closet with mirror, a dresser, an upright garment steamer, as well as a nightstand with a lamp, and an area for you to charge any electronics. The bedroom was designed for one queen bedroom. We do however provide two twin size air mattresses to accommodate additional guests. Just keep in mind it will be extra cozy in that room if you decide to utilize them.

The bathroom has a nice rain-head, walk-in shower, and equipped with the famous DryBar "Buttercup" hairdryer.

Guest access

Entire Guesthouse is at your disposition. Guesthouse's left side patio is all yours for your enjoyment. We have ample street parking.

Interaction with guests

Our Guesthouse is located on our back patio detached from our home. You can choose to do a self-check-in with the VRBO check-in instructions or we can be there to get you all checked in. We are always available for questions if they arise.

Other things to note

Children are welcome but do please note, however, that unfortunately, we aren't child-proofed for toddlers.

We are pet-friendly and accept pets at our discretion. When booking your stay please let us know that you will be bringing a pet, and how big it is. If your pet sheds, please let us know to let you know extra info needed. There is a small iron fence that separates the Guesthouse area and helps keep our 5lb Havanese on our side of the patio.

Perfect place and location in San Antonia

My family and I had a wonderful time renting this place. The location is in a lovely Neighborhood. I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

Great place to stay!

Perfect size for the two of us and our two pups. Enjoyed sitting outside at the patio table in the afternoons with the Cardinals singing above us in the trees. Our side of the property was totally fenced in so our dogs were free to roam. Highly recommend!

Great Stay with Pets

This place was perfect for our weekend getaway. Everything was as pictured and described. We especially appreciated the kitchen and fenced in side yard for our dog to use during our stay. Located in a quiet neighborhood and close to everything we had planned for our trip!

Everything on one level- no stairs to enter home...was great for my senior dog...only thing I would maybe fix is gate lock difficult if you don't have two hands free... location was close to everything we needed

Perfect little guest house

This property was perfect for the 2 of us and our 2 dogs. It is a small guest house, about the size of a studio apartment. It was very clean and inviting. It could be a little cramped if you were traveling in a group of 4 or more and wanted privacy but for a couple I wouldn't have needed anything more. Cute little yard with a grill and table. We would stay again next time we come through San Antonio. The only negative was that they had a scale in the bedroom...(Who wants to see that when you're on vacation?) Haha ;)

Our stay

The house was nice but as far as having great contact with the host, no. She was very distant and when my family and I arrived, the house was so hot. To me, if you're going to have guests over DURING the summer turn the AC on! Shower www ridiculously tiny. Not worth staying there. Price was too high for something like that.

Great Location!

This house was in a great location - easy access to stores and restaurants and within 30 minutes of everything we wanted to see and do! The homeowners were very easy to communicate with and it was obvious that they had thought of every little detail to make our stay enjoyable. We also brought our two small dogs and felt very safe leaving them crated in the rental while we were away.

Clean, cute

We had a great stay! VERY nice property, all the amenities. It’s a beautiful little casita. Smells good, nice furniture and decorations, even a washer/dryer!! Nice seating area outside, with a pretty little yard for our dog to sniff the sniffs and chase squirrels. The entrance gate was our only problem; the closure contraption on the inside was smarter than us for a few minutes. The gate could use a grab handle, as it’s heavy and swings wide open once you figure out the latch. Not much of a downside, just a suggestion. Would stay here again, and highly recommend to anyone looking for clean, neat, quiet and cozy. Thanks!

Perfect Little House for a Weekend Getaway

It is tiny but very clean and has a nice “homey” feel to it. The inside is decorated beautifully! Properly Manager was very prompt when returning text messages when we had questions. Would recommend to family and friends!!!

Cozy Cottage Retreat

We were in the area for a University Athletic Event and this property was perfect for our accomodations. Wonderful location and super comfortable and cost effective for the budget.

Nice visit

Everything was clean and thoughtful. I only wish the owners cell number would have been left to txt for items needed. We did not feel comfortable knocking on their door. We only had one roll of tp paper for 5 days. We bought some at the very convenient HEB store. My only suggestion would be to purchase a heavier (weights) at bottom of shower curtain or install a small enclosed one as the curtain sticks to you as you shower. Hard to keep water off the floor. But all and all the cottage met all our needs, Thank you for all the extra thoughts put into your place.

This place is lovely! All the nice little touches are just delightful. Beautiful neighborhood, completely private guest house, and secure, fenced area for the dog. Loved it!

Adorable Guest House in the Perfect Location

This guest house was clean and decorated beautifully. It has all the amenities you could need and is in a quiet, safe neighborhood. It was easy to get around the city. The window AC units did have a hard time keeping up in the 100 degree heat, but luckily, there are fans in the rooms to keep you cool.

Very clean and well equipped guest house 😀

We enjoyed staying at this guest house instead of a regular hotel. It is in a great location close to everything in north San Antonio. This place has everything we needed for a few nights stay, and we were able to bring our cat. I would highly recommend this place and hope to be back again soon! 😀👏🏻

Pretty and Clean

Raquel was wonderful! She made sure we were checked in properly. The place was extremely clean and smelled really good. This coming from a picky person about cleanliness!! It had every thing you need, fridge microwave, fully stocked kitchen with glasses, plates and silverware. I would definitely recommend and we will be staying again in the future!
