I encourage future guests to read both the reviews before and after this one, as they reflect the true experience of staying in my home. This particular review is highly inconsistent with all other feedback I’ve received and is retaliatory in nature. I’m also disappointed that Vrbo has not removed this review despite multiple requests, as it contains several statements that are factually incorrect or speculative, which goes against Vrbo’s own review guidelines. To clarify for future guests: 1. Location The property is located in Green Valley, Arizona, as shown on the listing along with all legal entities. Although close to Sahuarita, it is not located there. 2. Furnishings & Lighting All furnishings—including the beds, sectional sofa, and electronics—are new, high‑quality, and accurately represented in the listing photos. The home has blackout blinds, which are common in Arizona due to the strong sun. When the blinds are open, the home is bright with natural light, as many windows surround the property. 3. Basic Guest Responsibilities Throughout this stay, many issues raised had simple solutions that the guest chose not to follow. Examples include: • Requesting someone be sent to move a few lightweight outdoor cushions (a task guests normally handle themselves). • Asking for assistance with routine items such as changing a light bulb (there are spares). • Moving furniture and then blaming the furniture when a desk hatch was damaged. I even arranged for a neighbor to help with the outdoor cushions, but the guest turned her away upon arrival. 4. Dogs & Neighborhood The guest brought a dog to the property. When a new dog is introduced to a yard, it is normal for dogs to bark initially. The neighborhood itself is quiet, safe, and family‑oriented—the suggestion that it is “transient” is inaccurate and not supported by any facts. 5. Property Management I personally manage this home and provide faster, more attentive service than a property management company. Any issue that arises during a stay is promptly addressed. However, if a guest is present and access is needed, it is standard that they meet the person arriving unless they authorize entry in their absence. 6. Amenities & Seating The home includes a brand‑new, oversized sectional sofa that seats approximately eight people comfortably that most people love. The backyard has secure concrete block walls, exactly as shown in the listing photos. This is standard construction in the area. 7. Pool Key The HOA changes the pool key annually. I informed the guest that the new key would be available Monday morning when the office opened. Despite this, the guest repeatedly demanded it on Sunday when it was not possible. She received the key at 9 AM Monday as soon as the office opened, she was even calling me at 8am on Monday asking where the pool key was after letting her know the office opens at 9am. I take great pride in providing a clean, comfortable, well‑maintained home and excellent service to all guests. My long history of positive reviews reflects that. Unfortunately, this particular stay involved ongoing unreasonable demands and inaccurate claims that do not represent the property or the neighborhood. I am committed to offering a great experience to all my guests in my beautiful home away from home (not just a vacation rental) .

Thanks for the review . I am glad you had a great time . The Patio furniture is actually new and metal so it should not wear out due to the sun. You had informed me that the umbrella was worn so that will be replaced even though it was only replaced 12 months ago. The umbrella tends to get left out and open which can dry out in the Sun so thanks for letting me know so I can replace the Umbrella.
