The house is well located, 700m from the shopping center and 1400m from Pereire beach. It has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets. On the ground floor is the kitchen with veranda south, the show of old wooden floors and a fireplace.
The decor is modern type, Industrial Design, with custom furniture steel / wood and brand. Terrace to the south, to the small garden.
It is easy to park the car outside the house, even in August: there is also a parking space in the garden.
We leave you with the internet wifi, linens, towels and towels: they are included and planned.
The house, with a fireplace and old wooden floor is well insulated (double glazing, insulated walls, ...) although cool in summer. The facilities are new. The 2013 Central heating gas with cast iron radiators is nice in the winter or evening cool seasons.
The terrace to the south, is pleasant even during the hottest hours thanks to the vegetation and the vertical position of the winter city. The nights are pleasant.
In cooler seasons, the veranda is perfect for the afternoon and early evening.
The 2 bedrooms upstairs is more than 4 m high ceiling. They have wooden floors.

We like the arrivals and departures on Sunday.

The winter town of Arcachon is a listed site, unique, secret and protected in the heart of the city. Villas of the 19th, nestled in the greenery and gardens, are built on the height of the market town. The secret place fleming, or instead of palm trees with its temple and its grocery kiosk (8.30-12.30) to discover.
No building, no concrete construction denatures winter city: go up to the observatory for the sunset !
The peace and tranquility reign, 1.2 kilometers from the pier Thiers and 1.4 km from the Pereire beach.
The shopping center is 700 meters (Monoprix) and 1km (everyday covered market) of the house.
Chapel beach is the nearest, 700m with the stairs of the winter city.
Bicycle traffic is simple and enjoyable.

We accept pets because we love them. We prohibit smoking in the house.
Cleaning is made with environmentally friendly products.
We leave you with the basic kitchen products (sugar, salt, oil, spices, ...) and cleaning (dishwasher, washing machine, ...) tell us about those who are lacking or replace for the following !!
Television is active with the Orange Livebox. Internet via wifi is enabled and the password will be given for standard use (internet consultation and social networks).

To arrive by car: the street parking is easy, even in summer, without risk. Parking in the garden is possible.
By train: Bordeaux - Arcachon (45 minutes) from the station 1.2 km walk or free Eho bus (system B).
