Two parking passes will be included with your reservation. Additional parking passes may be available during certain times of the year. If you need a pass for a third vehicle you can purchase this onsite at the Building front desk (subject to parking availability). Parking pass fees may change at any time without notice.

This condo is located on the bay in Orange Beach, but a very short walk, bike ride, trolley ride, or you can even drive over to the beach! At Caribe you get to enjoy the best of all worlds in Orange Beach! Bay, boating and beach life!

It is the fastest and easiest way to connect with someone from our team – day and night! Someone is always there if you have a question about anything before, during, or after your vacation! CLEAN BED GUARANTEE
All beds are dressed in fresh, luxurious sheets AND fresh bedding/quilts/comforters before EVERY rental! You are guaranteed to have a completely fresh and clean bed! You will also find each bathroom stocked with oversized fresh bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths, and bathmats straight from our laundry office! We started this in 2018 when we took our cleaning in house and created our housekeeping division. We have complete control over our property cleaning and maintenance.

WHAT WE STOCK
As common for vacation rentals in our area, we provide one round of bath soaps, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, and toilet paper in the bathrooms. In the kitchen you will find one round of paper towels laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, and trash bags. These stocked amenities are intended to get you through the first night. We are not set up at each property like a hotel, so we do not provide daily housekeeping or amenity restocking. Please bring the extra items you will need for your vacation.

SPECIAL NOTES
* Must be 25 or older to rent this property.
* No pets allowed.
* Each vehicle requires a parking permit or at risk for towing by security.
* No oversized vehicles or trailers allowed to park.
* No smoking allowed – this is strictly enforced by the onsite security.
* Please do not throw items off the balconies. Doing so will result in immediate eviction by PW2 security.
