This townhouse is spread across 3 floors. The top floor features 3 bedrooms: Bedroom 1 with a king size double bed, Bedroom 2 with a king size double bed , and Bedroom 3 with a king size double bed . There is also a bathroom with a shower and WC on this floor.

The mid floor includes a large hall, WC, spacious kitchen, dining room, and living room. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything guests need to prepare meals. The living room is a comfortable and cozy spot to relax and unwind after a long day.

The basement features laundry facilities, and a bathroom with a bathtub and WC.

Free parking is available for guests.

The location of the townhouse is ideal for nature lovers and beachgoers. It's a short 10-minute bike ride or 15- 20 minutes walk (or 5 minutes by car) to Malaren beaches. The bus station is just around the corner, only 2 minutes away from the house. The metro station is an 8-minute walk away and provides direct access to Stockholm city centre. The distance to the airport is 30 minutes by car.

Great Place to Stay

We stayed for 5 days. The hosts were very accommodating and helped a lot. They were quick to reply prior to our stay. The house was clean and had all of the things needed during the stay. I highly recommend this property and the hosts!

Feeling At Home in Stockholm

We enjoyed 5 wonderful nights in this comfortable and quiet home. The hosts are incredibly kind people who actually picked us up at the train station and made us feel very much at home! From comfortable beds, to a nice bbq on the back deck, to a well-equipped kitchen, we thoroughly enjoyed out time there! Do yourself a favor and get to know Noshin and her husband - you just might make some new friends :)

Stockholm space

Great house, easy 10 min walk to train then 30 min to center of Stockholm. Very comfortable for 6 adults. House has everything you need, grocery store and restaurant 10 min walk. No need for a car after arriving. Had a great times. Hosts are wonderful.

Superb location and property

We were welcomed by host Noshin on arrival. Great introduction to property. We found location great for using public transport, local shops and ease of getting into central Stockholm. We had access to fully equipped kitchen and were provided with all the necessary utensils. Easy access to countryside from property. We would consider coming back in future. Overall brilliant first visit to Stockholm

wonderful house near Stockholm

We were able to spend a week in this wonderful accommodation and really enjoyed the time. Everything was perfectly prepared for us. The facilities are very modern and neat. The location is ideal, the bus station is only about 200 meters from the house - and it is also not very far to the Tunnelbana (it takes just over half an hour to get to Stockholm) and the supermarket. Noshin looked after us well via text message. Thank you very much for letting us be there!

Wir hatten alles, was wir brauchten und mehr: viel Platz, schƶne KĆ¼che, groƟer Esstisch, groƟe schƶne Terrasse. Badezimmer sind ausreichend da und sauber und gut. Wir wĆ¼rden wieder hinfahren!

Sehr schƶnes Haus am Rande von Stockholm

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in dem Haus und es blieben keine WĆ¼nsche offen. Nach Stockholm rein ist man ca 45 Minuten unterwegs. Wir wĆ¼rden mehr Sterne geben, wenn wir kƶnnten. Vielen Dank šŸ˜Š

Eine perfekte Unterkunft bei ƤuƟerst liebenswĆ¼rdigen und freundlichen Gastgebern

Ein gerƤumiges und sehr sauberes Haus mit Sitz- und EssplƤtzen im Garten, in dem es an nichts fehlt . Ideal fĆ¼r uns sechs Personen (3 Ehepaare)! Die perfekt eingerichtete KĆ¼che lƤdt geradezu zum Kochen ein, man muss daher nicht immer zum Essen ausgehen. Ebenso gut ist die Anbindung per Bus und T-Bahn (beides in ca. 10 Minuten zu FuƟ zu erreichen) ans ƶffentliche Verkehrsnetz: in 30 Minuten fƤhrt man ins Zentrum von Stockholm. Besonders positiv berĆ¼hrt waren wir vom freundlichen und warmherzigen Empfang durch unsere Gastgeber Noshin und Bosse. Fazit: Eine in jeder Hinsicht empfehlenswerte Unterkunft!

Nice Stockholm experience

We had a nice stay at a well equipped house somewhat outside of Stockholm centre. The centre is approx. 30 min. away with good public transport (SL). Supermarkets are nearby within walking distance or 15 min. by bus. Most sightseeing is near Stockholm centre so some travelling is needed. Overall: a nice holiday house with friendly owners in a quiet child friendly neighbourhood.

Very pleasant and comfortable townhouse in a Subaru of Stockholm.

The townhouse is clean, spacious and comfortable. The hostess is a very nice person who went out of her way to welcome us and help us feel comfortable. Location is close to public transit. We would take the train daily to go into Stockholm. It is good for people wanting a spacious place and not wanting to be in the city itself.

Gracious townhome in the outskirts of Stockholm

A very comfortable home which keeps you out of the busy hubbub of the city yet has easy access by car or other public transportation to the city center. The host was very welcoming and accommodating to our schedule which changed.

Great house with very nice owners!

We absolutely loved the house. A home away from home! The house is fully furnished including anything you need (a complete kitchen with all the plates/pots/pans you might want, washing machine/dryer, 2 1/2 bathrooms, two porches - one on each side of the house, very nice neighbors). It's very close to public transportation and you can be downtown in 30 minutes (if you take the train - the subway takes longer). It's in a very nice neighborhood, surrounded by parks and open spaces. Grocery stores are nearby. The owners are wonderful people and they really want you to feel at home. They were flexible with us arriving a bit early and showed us all the houses features. This was our first time in Sweden and we want to come back again. Stockholm is very fun and the house only made it even better. I can't recommend this house highly enough.
