Ideally located in Grand Case, the gastronomic capital of Saint Martin, you are close to restaurants, shops, water activities, and nightlife. The residence sits on the best part of the beach: no rocks in the water and the largest sandy area. The building also offers direct beach access and a few parking spots.
Sun loungers and umbrellas are available for free.

Perfect location

The accommodations were exactly as shown in pictures, actually even better in person. The kitchen was well appointed with various seasonings, which was very helpful. The location was smack in the middle of the beach so it was central to EVERYTHING. There were lots of flotation toys to enjoy in the ocean, which were complementary. The only negative comment which was not the properties fault, was it’s next-door to the rainbow café, which has loud music from 11 o’clock am, well into the evening and you can hear it in both bedrooms, a noise machine would have been helpful. Aside from that, it was perfect!

Great Stay

We had a great stay at this property, however it may not be for everyone. Some guests might find the music from two neighbouring food and beverage establishments to be a distraction. Otherwise, the place was clean, well equipped, and well managed.

Loved the beach. Irma destroyed the roof so they started construction on it while we were there but the place and beach are within walking distance of many other beaches to see and local restaurants that are all very good!

Great Stay in Grand Case

Property did not disappoint. Excellent & clean condition. Great location for beautiful beach & great food choices. The music from nearby venue was not a bother & did not continue until too late. We liked the music actually. The owner manager was very accommodating. We will definitely stay in the same location in the future.

Great time in St. Martin

If you want to spend some quality vacation time in an apt. directly on the beach, this is it. Set up is exactly as shown on photos. Only improvement suggested is 1 or 2 chaise lounges on patio. Anna is Mgr. on site & ready to help if needed. Grand Case is still recovering from hurricane damage, but plenty of dining venues open- fancy French & also very local Lolos. Rented a car from Sax car rental & got good rates & service. You can really help St. Martin to recover (& also have a good vacation) by staying here.

Beware of listing

Nobody starts a 4-week VRBO stay looking to leave a review like this. There were far too many unresolved problems for anything more than 2*. The listing contained multiple falsities; if we had known these things, we would have happily booked a different rental. Foremost of these problems was the noise from a nearby beach club. Starting before noon, and running late into the night, we were exposed to loud, thumping music. The windows might(?) be soundproofed as indicated; if that is true, then the walls need some soundproofing too as we could easily hear the music with the doors closed and AC running. It’s fortunate that the local pharmacy sells ear plugs.Additional problems included poor communication regarding availability of supplies; a rainfall shower head that doesn’t operate during high season due to lowered water pressure; and a lack of BBQ tools for the charcoal grill in the basement.While there are technically 2 coffee makers, the auto drip takes a full 15 minutes for two cups, and the French press makes sludge as there is neither a coffee grinder in the apartment nor coarse ground coffee available in multiple supermarkets on both the French and Dutch sides of the island.While the weekly cleanings during our stay were nice, it would have been far nicer if the cleaner hadn’t locked us out while we were on the beach (we had our keys, she used a lock for which we were not provided a key). Great Time in Grand Case

We recently stayed in Alex’s rental unit for 10 days. Alex is a very responsive host and it was a pleasure to deal with him. He really tries hard to ensure his guests have a positive experience in his rental unit. The view from the balcony is the real star of this unit, it is absolutely stunning. A great place to enjoy your morning coffee! The unit is ideally located in Grand Case, within walking distance of the many restaurants and 3 mini-supermarkets that had a good variety of groceries to choose from. It is also a short ride to the larger Super U market and the other shops around it. The unit is right on the best part of the beach, in our opinion, and Julian had loungers and umbrellas ready for us every morning. There are 3 beach bars a few doors down from the unit. The music wasn’t too loud during the week. On the weekend Rainbow Café was a little louder but the music ended at a good time and we didn’t find it to be an issue. The unit is adequately stocked with amenities and we found that we had all that we needed to cook a few meals in. The unit is on the second floor from street level and it is 3 floors down to access the beach. We are two 60-ish year-old couples and we didn’t find the stairs to be an issue. If you have mobility issues, this might not be the unit for you. Thank you, Alex, for the wonderful stay!

Very nice apartment, fantastic location, Grand Case is not all back, but well on the way

This apartment is right on Grand Case beach, the beach is about 1 mile long, and absolutely beautiful. Towards the south end of the beach there is some submerged rock and coral, but the area right in front of this unit is perfect - smooth sand, no rocks, and a nice quick drop off so it is easy to swim here. The views from the balcony are fabulous. I just rechecked the photos, they aren't as good as the view in person. The building has a number of units, and there are fabric lounges that stay on the beach, you just set them up where you want them in the morning. There are big umbrellas as well that you set up and take down. The apartment is a very nice size, and it has been completely redone since the storm. The balcony facing the beach is quite large, and has an unbelievable view. The main living area and kitchen is nice, the only oddity is that the refrigerator is actually out on the balcony, though not a big problem. The main bedroom and bath are quite large, the second bedroom and bath are smaller, but quite adequate. There is parking for 4 cars at the building, we never had a problem, since many of the other guests did not rent cars. There is a restaurant to the south that is fairly active, and it rents chairs on the beach , probably as many as 50 during the busy days, and there is 8 room hotel to the north, that also rents chairs - probably 25 or so at most, so there can be a fair amount of people nearby, though no one sits directly in front of this building other than building guests. Most of the rest of beach is very quiet, nor more than a dozen people in the water at a time. Currently, the building directly to the south was being repaired, so they had a concrete jackhammer starting around 7:30 in the morning, and stopped around noon. Not sure how long that will go on, but surprisingly enough, that was not all that bad. There are three restaurants on the same block as this place, and if you walk a few blocks north, there are many more choices. While there is still a lot of rebuilding to be done, I would have no reservations going back tomorrow and staying for another week. We did take trips to some other beaches, like Friar's bay, but the Grand Case beach was nicer, so we stayed here the most. Wifi worked fine in the apartment, we only tried the TV once, and only got french movies, but may have been my error. Apartment came with beach towels, plates, etc, and well furnished.

Rainbow Nightclub Music Ruins the Stay

The property is very nice, but the Rainbow Nightclub is nearby. The constant throbbing music blasted from their speakers never ends. It is relentless. I will be very happy to escape this noise.

Great Property - Fun Location

the rental unit was super, and fit our needs well. The beach setup worked well for access to good chairs and umbrellas. Good location near plenty of restaurants, just don't expect a pristine neighborhood due to lingering damage from the storm. Beach is awesome, and close proximity to bars on each side brings a lively environment on the weekend. If you are looking for quiet solitude, this may not be a good fit. If you are looking for a fun environment, you will like it. We would definitely return!

2022 New Year Getaway

My wife and I just recently returned from 9 days in Grand Case. We had an excellent time and cannot wait to return. This property is as advertised. We were very with happy with our stay and how the overall experience went down. I'll leave a couple of minor notes that I would have liked to know before we went. These are in no way meant to be negative, just to help the next travelers down the road. 1. The property sits between to Beach Restaurants that offer beach chairs for rent or use during the days. It provided some great people watching and entertainment during the day. Both restaurants like to set their chairs up this condo's private property though and almost take up most of your space at times. 2. You only get one set of keys that you use to get into and out of the condo. Not just your condo door, but the main entrance into the entire building. So, if one person leaves and goes for a morning run/walk, the other person is almost locked inside of the condo and facility. 3. The Grand Case area is great. This was our first trip to the island. Lots of restaurants and friendly people. There is a nice place directly a crossed the road from the condo where you can get morning coffee, etc. The staff (Anne and Desiree) there are wonderful. 4. The property owner (Alexander) is great as well. Very responsive to questions and concerns that we had. Again, we loved our stay. We rented a car and explored most of the island. As much as we could in time allowed. We cannot wait to return some day!

Beautiful appartment at an amazing location

The location was absolutely amazing and perfect..right on the beach.. its on second floor and you can enter the beach from the ground floor..it has a private section just reserved for the building so dont have to worry about space. Surrounded by great restaurants raging in all price ranges. The property manager Anna also stays in the same building and was very helpful and responsive. No complains at all.. Would defintely go back to the same place if i visit Saint Martins again,

Great Beach and Great Neighborhood

We stayed 3 nights in this lovely Grand Case property and had a blast. The unit was clean and Anna was a spectacular help with check-in and questions. The beach is beautiful and so many great restaurants within walking distance. Hated to leave!

Location is fabulous, surrounded with great restaurants, bakeries.. Beach is amazing! The condo is nice, there is still construction happening but it didn’t bother us. The people doing the work where friendly and respectful. I would definitely stay there again.

Brilliant location

We have just returned from an absolutely brilliant holiday at this well-equipped apartment - in the perfect location. Five of us easily fitted into the two bedrooms and one comfy sofa bed. There's everything you need in the kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms - plus a supply of beach towels. There's a big curvy TV with a load of movies if that's your thing and a sun loungers, parasols, chairs and tables for the beach stored in the basement. Oh yeah, did I say? It's on the beach. Not a walk to the beach but a walk down the stairs from the apartment and you're on it. It's a very safe beach for nervous swimmers. OK maybe they are refurbishing the outside. But we were given a generous refund to compensate for a bit of banging in the morning, stop for lunch and again in the afternoon. The town still looks like a hurricane hit it just two years ago, which it did. It's not a problem. If anything it adds to the charm. Frankly, we didn't feel the need to explore other beaches on the island but we did and this is the best. You can see Anguilla from your bed! The sun sets outside the balcony, from where you watch and film the little domestic airlines' planes flying in over the rooftops. Anna, the onsite host is a local legend and a great help. Lolos are a feature here. Locally owned, locally operated BBQ restaurants on the beach. We tried them all. They do ribs, chicken and fish with a choice of sides for a tenner and whole lobster for 40 euros, which was my downfall. The underloved Scooby's was our favourite. There are plenty of other restaurants and bars too along the boulevard that sneak open at night but we were in bed by nightfall, ready for sunrise and another day in paradise. This is an unreserved recommendation. Three generations of our family had a fantastic time over 12 nights and will definitely be back.
