Amazing property and location! Good Tides was clean and had everything you needed for a relaxing week. The pool was HUGE! and just a shprt walk to the beach. We definitely will visit again.

This was the best rental we’ve ever had! Great home, fabulous pool and perfect location in East Beach. Well appointed kitchen that has everything you need. We took our tween and two teenagers for much needed family time. We all 5 agreed that it was fantastic house an amazing trip to St. Simon’s. Hope to go again soon.

The house was perfect for us. It’s nicely furnished with everything we could have needed. Only minor complaint would be the mattress in the master bedroom seemed a bit old, but otherwise the house was amazing. Absolutely loved the pool. The house clean, updated and is located perfectly with multiple beach access points close by. Also convenient to the pier, restaurants and shopping. I highly recommend this property.

Wonderful home with pool in East Beach

We loved the outdoor pool and lounge areas. It was perfect for our family! Location is great and just a short walk to the beach!

The house is amazing. It was very clean and we enjoyed the pool . The public beach access was misrepresented It was not a one minute It was a 15 minute hike through a jungle and climbing Mount Everest with 2 small children’s and a wagon.

Thank you for staying with us and for sharing your feedback! We’re so glad you enjoyed the home, pool, cleanliness, and communication during your stay. We’re sorry the beach access was more difficult than expected, especially with two small children and a wagon. Recent storms have deposited a significant amount of additional sand at the 11th Street beach entrance. We love the beautiful new dunes, but we understand they can make the walk to the beach more challenging for families carrying toys, tents, and wagons. For guests traveling with little ones, we recommend walking north along Bruce Drive to Gould’s Inlet, where there is flatter sand and a boardwalk providing easier access to the beach. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and will take your feedback into consideration when describing the beach access for future guests. Thank you again for choosing to stay with us!

Great House!

We really enjoyed Good Tides. Great layout and awesome backyard/pool area. We would definitely stay here again.

We had an absolute blast staying here! St. Simons Island is such a special place, and this property made it even better. The location near East Beach was perfect, and the huge pool was a total win for the kids.The house itself is incredibly unique and worked perfectly for our group—family of four plus two grandparents soaking up quality time and some much-needed R&R. The artwork, amenities, and overall vibe were outstanding, and the value for the price felt hard to beat.We would absolutely recommend this spot to anyone heading to SSI. The only thing we couldn’t control was the local wildlife—if someone invents a magic solution for gnats and mosquitos, we’re all in!

Slice of heaven

This place was amazing. The location can’t be beat. We rented a golf cart to ride to dinner each night. It is super convenient to the beach too. The pool was a huge hit with our family. I especially loved the Asian art and decor. It didn’t feel cookie cutter at all! I wouldn’t hesitate to book this home again.

The usage of the wagon and beach items made the beach easy to enjoy. Make sure you look at the recommendations list it was helpful for dining options. (8 of us) Some did complain about the hard beds and opted to sleep on air mattresses. The location to the beach is great . We definitely enjoyed the pool and surrounding amenities ,teens and adults alike. The house was clean and supplied with everything needed to cook and enjoy meals. Love the art work.
