Brand new Bishop Arts Condo-Right in the middle of it all! Three bathrooms!

This brand new townhouse is right in the middle of Bishop Arts and has a massive 25'x25' rooftop deck with a view of the Dallas Skyline! This property is only 18 months old and includes all luxury finishings, furniture and housewares for your use! We have consistently been Airbnb Superhosts since March 2021 with a 4.97 rating on their platform.

We have smart locks so you do not need to depend on meeting anyone upon arrival, though we are always available if you need assistance. Our cleaning company follows enhanced COVID protocol so the unit will be freshly cleaned and sanitized for your stay!

Please note, if you are looking for a party house, this is not the house you are looking for. We do not accommodate parties for any size group.
Please be considerate of our neighbors at all times. We are very sensitive to and respectful of our neighbors and we do not want to lose the privilege of being able to offer our property on VRBO, so please respect our neighbors and our Quiet period after 10pm on weeknights and 11pm on weekends. Please understand that we very much want you to enjoy your stay, but we want to be very considerate of our neighbors right to enjoy their homes in peace.

Please do not have more than 10 people on the property at any time.

Also, please note that while guests with children are welcome, we do have 3 flights of stairs that cannot be gated off. These stairs are visible in the pictures and may not be suitable for some ages. Please use your own discretion to determine whether the stairs are suitable for your child(ren).

Our check-in time is 4pm and our check-out time is 10am.

Awesome Place ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This place was great! It was stocked with everything you would need and the rooftop view was awesome. The host was very responsive and accommodating to our needs. Would definitely book again and recommend to anyone who is looking for a place in Dallas!

Bishop Arts area is so much fun!! Lots of eating and shopping options easy to get to.

Two of my friends are over 75 and they had difficulty navigating the stairs, but otherwise the space was lovely!

Hi Pamela, Thanks for your review. We make it really clear in our listing that this is a 3-story property with stairs, so I don't feel that having stairs should be an issue pointed out in our review, but I am sorry your friends had difficulty. Thanks again for your booking!

Dallas vacation

We had a great time during our stay. The location of the condo in Bishop Hill was excellent and very convenient to many parts of the city. Condo was well equipped and attractively furnished. Would highly recommend.

Fun neighborhood

Enjoyed our stay there, lots of great local shops and restaurants within walking distance. Condo was as advertised, excellent. If you bring lots of hanging clothes I’d recommend a portable rack.

Nice, spacious unit in fun neighborhood.

We enjoyed our stay, and Stephanie was a great host. The unit is very large and well appointed and supplied. Just steps away from the great restaurants and shops on Bishop. There is a lot of construction in the ‘hood, so it is a bit noisy early, but that should pass soon.

Great property!

This property is very spacious and decorated well. The beds were comfortable and the neighborhood was quiet. The best part about this property, however, is the location. There are many restaurants and shops in the Bishop Arts district with in walking distance. We wish we would have had more time to explore. Steph and Ryan were very responsive to our questions leading up to our stay. We would absolutely recommend at this property and hope to return soon.

Nice, new townhome in a great location

This new townhome is in a great location in the Bishop Arts District with great restaurants, coffee and boutique shopping within walking distance. Try to make reservations in advance though because most of the restaurants get booked quickly and are more smaller to mid-size restaurants. It was also a quick 15-minute drive to the Dallas Art museum and The Shops at Park LaneThe home is clean and well furnished with nice furniture and layout and every communication we had with the owner was pleasant, courteous and helpful. They were also prompt in responding to a couple, minor concerns. We would definitely recommend for couples, friend trips and families.

Better than we could have imagined

This place was absolutely spectacular. The interior design was really next level and the roof top is the perfect hang out spot. It’s a short walk to bishop arts which has some of the most unique stores and restaurants in Dallas.

Excellent Property!

This property was absolutely pristine! Conveniently located to bishop arts, spacious, and you couldn’t even tell anybody has used the property previously. That was very important during a time of covid-19. My friends and I loved the property and the amenities of games, rooftop view, and comfortable mattresses! The rainfall shower in the master was absolutely revitalizing. I would definitely stay at this property again! Great host and beautiful property!

We didn't buy this home to be a rental, we bought it to be our home when we return from Australia. We furnished it and supplied it to be a home, not just a place to rent out. Our goal is to make sure our guests feel welcomed and comfortable and have everything they need for their stay.

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

We are RIGHT in the middle of the Bishop Arts district. You will see a lot of home advertised as "in Bishop Arts," but there are very few that are actually IN the neighborhood, so renter beware! We are within a 1-2 minute walk of MANY, MANY restaurants and boutiques. We also have a wonderful rooftop with stunning views where you can listen to the live music of Bishop Arts on the weekends.
