Rural Holidays in Secluded Epicurean Villa

The luxurious villa in English cottage style, with the beautiful, elegant and quiet garden is located in the small village Kyparissonas. Comfort is combined with tradition away from city noise, just a few kilometers away from Lamia, Fthiotida. and very close to the forest Aetofolia.

This luxurious villa has a spacious and cozy living room with a large fireplace, decorated with traditional objects and pieces of furniture. The dining room sits 10 persons and is ideal for all meals of the day. Small corners of relaxation, a card table, an office desk, hardwood floors and elegant throw rugs complete the common area.

The large, fully equipped kitchen can be used to prepare any meal of the day.
The house also has three sunny bedrooms with its private bathroom.
Each one of the three bedrooms has its own private bathroom as well as bedding and the necessary storing facilities (closets and chests of drawers). Each room is also equipped with air-conditioning and heating making it a pleasant stay during all times of the year.

The property also is in the middle of an evergreen garden with decorative plants. It has a large patio which is one of the most enticing features of the house since it overlooks the whole garden and has a spectacular view all the way to the sea. It is suitable for dining and relaxing.

Next to the main villa, you will also find a smaller guest house with two bedrooms and a bathroom which can accommodate up to three people. Also, central heating and air-condition units are available to ensure your stay is comfortable.

The villa is also fully equipped to entertain dinner parties for over 20 persons.

Guest access

Our guests have access in the whole villa, except for the storage room next to the kitchen (which is locked at all times). Also, closets which contain personal items cannot be used.
The picturesque garden is also available at all times and we suggest to explore every corner of it.

The neighborhood

Kyparisonas is a small village with a natural and picturesque beauty that houses a few establishments. Nearby is Aetofolia Wildlife Refuge, a nature wilderness forest, perfect for hiking, exploring or just walking.

Just 10 minutes car ride from the villa, the small village of Pelsagia has anything you might need for your stay. A super market, a pharmacy, a bank and a bakery. Also some traditional coffee shops and restaurants.
We recommend to dinner at the small pizza restaurant, at the central square of the village.

Glyfa is a coastal village with a beautiful beach about half an hour away, that is suitable for swimming, wind surfing and fishing.

The fishing village Karavomillos is another close destination where you can walk by the pier and try fresh fish and local delicacies at the tavernas by the sea.

We also suggest that you visit Rahes and the taverna "Kastanis" to try special seafood dishes.

Small excursions can be organized to places 1 - 2 hours away such as Pilio, Volos, Agios Konstantinos and Evoia.
Pilio is a mountain overwhelmed with traditional villages (Milies, Milopotamos, Tsagarada etc) ideal for excursions at all times of the year.
Evoia has small towns and beautiful beaches for you to discover.
