The house is built on 3 levels and can be split into three self-contained luxury apartments, one on each level.

Enjoy a gorgeous front deck with views of the Kauffman center and downtown and is perfect for enjoying your evening cocktails.

A grand Victorian staircase complete with Chandelier greets you in the foyer on the first floor.

A 3 King sized bedroom and 2 full bathroom luxury apartment with incredible historic charm will wow you on the first floor. Light the gas fireplace and enjoy a glass of wine during the winter months in the Parlor. Or soak in the clawfoot tub for that feeling of total luxury.

The grand staircase will take you up to another 3 king sized bedroom 2 full bathroom luxury apartment. The open plan kitchen, eating and lounge area is a show stopper featuring a beautiful lead-glass turret window and massive windows with views of downtown.

On the third floor a beautifully restored two bedroom, one bathroom apartment finishes off the over 5,700 square feet of living space. The 7th King size bed is here along with a day bed and trundle.

There are no cameras in the private, individual units. They do not capture noise. We also have an exterior camera on the front and rear porch.***

The Kauffman center and conference centre is just a stones throw away and Power and Light and Sprint Centre is just 2 minutes by car or a 15 minute walk.

It is also just a few minutes away from the Historic West Bottoms - and any antique lovers will swoon in this mansion.

Getting Around:
Walking, Uber and Lyft are your best bets.

HOUSE RULES:
No Smoking Inside, NO PARTIES. No Gatherings. Be kind to the neighbors. Do not block their parking spots/driveways. If you BREAK THE NO PARTY RULE, you will be asked to leave and forfeit your rent. We have the right to assess a $500 fine if this rules are violated. This home is in a residential neighborhood so please observe the quiet times— 10:00pm to 7:00am.

Interaction with Guests:
We are available when needed but will not be at the house unless invited.
