Come stay in my newly renovated condo right in the heart of Old Town Scottsdale. I manage this property personally to ensure the best experience. No management company! This 750 SF condo features 1 bedroom with king bed with plush pillow-top mattress and premium linens, large walk-in closet, full bath with tub/shower and brand new cabinetry and granite counters. The large large living room is fully furnished with a pull out sofa bed with memory foam mattress. The brand new kitchen is complete with all new custom cabinetry, high-end granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook including cookware, a spice rack and small appliances such as a blender, crock pot and mixer to name a few. The immaculately kept grounds feature a huge resort-like pool and spa as well as a small workout room.

Long weekend

Condo had everything you would need for a weekend getaway. Work out room and pool were all great additions to the stay. Located close to Old Scottsdale. We had a very nice stay.

Lovely, well-appointed condo close to Old Town Scottsdale.

The condo was very comfortable, with many thoughtful touches. Comfortable bed! It has lovely outdoor space that we made use of, as well as the condo complex’s pool and gym. We would highly recommend this condo!

Beautiful, cozy condo with well-equipped kitchen

This condo has everything: the right amount of space, lovely pool and spa, spacious patio, walking distance to everything we wanted AND the perfect host. Jennifer made sure the place was perfectly set up for guests, well equipped with kitchenware and coffee, comfortable relaxing spaces and beds. We highly recommend!

Nice condo close to Old Town Scottsdale.

Newly renovated and well-equipped kitchen is great. Covered parking spot appreciated. Walking distance to Old Town & restaurants. Close to Fry's & Sprouts grocery. The bed is comfy but is elevated enough that might challenge shorter or older people. First floor location with a few steps up to parking area.

Awesome Girls Trip

Me and a few of my girl friends stayed at Jennifer's apartment for a week and we had a great time! The location is awesome - right outside of Old Town. Everything was walking distance; no more than 20 minutes even all the way to the Spring Training fields. There's grocery stores and plenty of restaurants nearby. The apartment had all the necessary amenities and was the perfect place for our girls trip. Jennifer was very accommodating and helpful leading up to our stay. I would absolutely recommend this place again!

Great location!

Jennifer was a great host! She provided everything we needed, including snacks and wine. We thoroughly enjoyed sitting on the private patio in the early evening with a glass of wine. The bed was very comfortable. The air conditioning made a loud noise, but it was okay if you kept the blower speed on low. The only thing I could recommend is that a chest of drawers would be very useful in the bedroom. I would definitely stay here again.

Perfect location!

We spent Christmas in this lovely condo. The outside patio is wonderful, and we can't wait to come back to enjoy it when the weather is warmer. Mattress is new and very comfortable. Condo is very clean, nicely redone and had everything we needed. This is my second time renting from Jennifer (she owns another condo in the complex) and she is an amazing host. You can't go wrong with any of her properties. Location is perfect for the Greenway and walking to Old Town. We'll be back!

We really enjoyed our stay at Jennifer's condo in Scottsdale. The check-in process was very easy. The condo was very clean and comfortable, with great decor. We loved that it had covered parking and was so close to Old Town. And finally, the pool was great place to cool off. Highly recommend and hope to return!

Great Space; Convenient Location

We enjoyed our stay in Jennifer's condo. The photos depict the space perfectly. While it is small (and we knew that going in) it was remodeled beautifully and decorated to make the space inviting and comfortable. It was very well stocked with kitchen, bath supplies and bedding. The patio was very inviting -- a great place to read a book. While we didn't use the pool or the spa, both looked very nice. The location was very convenient to downtown Scottsdale. We enjoyed Zipp's sports bar, which was in the shopping area across the street, and the grocery store was only a couple of blocks away. Jennifer was very accommodating, letting us into the condo a little early based on our travel schedule. She was also very response whenever we sent her a message. This was a great option compared to local hotels.

Fantastic property in Scottsdale

We had a great time in Scottsdale this past week. The property was one of the best we have ever stayed in (avid VRBO users). Jennifer is a wonderful host and very responsive. The condo complex is well maintained, really nice pool area and easy parking. Good walking in the neighborhood and really close to a lot of restaurants and shopping. Highly recommend this property and will stay here again on our next trip to the area.

Comfortable stay in scottsdale

Really enjoyed our stay in this 1 bedroom condo. It’s walking distance to downtown scottsdale shopping and restaurants, if you enjoy a good walk. This condo was really comfortable and the owner had many special touches. Snacks and wine left for us to enjoy. Coffee, cream, sugar available (it’s always annoying to have to go buy coffee and then leave at the rental) and facial cleansing wipes and sundries in bathroom. This is a first story unit and we enjoyed afternoon sunshine in the large back porch. I highly recommend.

Location was good

We had to ask the host for the code and info to get in on our flight from Canada. We arrived 15 mins early and the code to access the suite wouldn’t work until 4pm sharp. When we entered it smelled like stale smoke. This place needs renos for windows, patio door, dated bath tub, patio area and furniture and inside too. The location bed, pillows were good. We wouldn’t go back

I'm sorry to hear that you didn't enjoy the condo. All of this is quite shocking to hear as there were no complaints of smoke odor during your stay. I have never had a guest complain of a smoke order before or after your stay. I check the unit between stays myself and found no odor to be there before you checked in. You even sent a message after checking in to say how nice the place was, but immediately complained that you like red wine instead of the white that was left for you. I asked which kind you liked before your check in and you never responded so I guessed. I must say that I found that to be quite rude considering how far I go to make sure my guests have a great stay. At no time did you request an early check in, so I find your comment about having to wait until my standard 4PM check is is quite unbelievable. Your comments about my condo being totally outdated are just not true. The photos of my unit speak for themselves. I can't understand why anyone would leave such a review when it clearly isn't true.

Great location!

We spent 8 nights in Jennifer’s condo, it was clean, quiet, and accommodating. The check in, and check out process was very simple, and her directions to enter her condo was very clear! Beautiful rental!

The rental was clean and beautiful. It had everything we needed and the owner was great to work with. Plenty of shopping and restaurants close by. I will definitely rent this condo again on my next trip to Scottsdale.
