The stairwell on the oceanside with access to the pool area and beach are quite unique for Myrtle Beach. The view is fantastic also. Thanks again!!

The private entrance to the pool and beach is why we bought this particular condo almost 40 years ago! The deckwork was was completed last year, the people who did it did a great job. IT USUALLY DURING PEAK SUMMER WEEKS AND HOLIDAYS, YOUR WEEK INCLUDED BOTH. GLAD THE UNIT WAS NICE AND CLEAN FOR YOU!! THE PERSON IN THE WEEK BEFORE DID A SPECTULAR JOB CLEANING AS YOU DID. We are happy you enjoyed your month long stay at our vacation condo!! It is quiet and unassumming here, even through it is in heart are North Myrtle Beach, Windy Hill section. I have had the good fortune of having an long time cleaning crew who does excellent work. Vrbo WOW!! I am sorry about the cleaning, living away from the property i leave the cleaning to a cleaning company, the only time i know of a problem is when someone complaints. I am glad you alerted me to the problem. Also I sent you back your cleaning fee for the problem so there really should not be an issue. Just so you understand of the 31 weekly rentals I have for 2022, 25 of them are repeat customers from 2021. There were a couple of blankets in the dresser, i guess you needed a few more. hard for me to understand in 100 degree heat, but ok. As for the unit falling into disrepair, the ceiling is a popcorn ceiling, has been repaired over the years, so really don't know what you are talking about. i live there in the winter and know of no trim problems at all! The random furiture in the secord bedroom are a couple of dining room chairs and an telephone or computor table for the kids. The dining room and living area is narrow, so I decided to keep the extra chairs out of everybody's way and put them in there. If the tenant needed them, then they could pull the chairs out and put around the dining room table. The old style telephone table I thought the kids might like to use it for there computor work. Silly me. The dishwasher was broken your week, I had somebody out in May, they ordered the part and installed it in June. Still did not work, then they wanted to charged me a third service call to come back out. I said no and bought a new one from a big box store, it was installed July 6. 12 days after I purchased it. Thats what I call, service. Sorry you did not have a better time. I do agree that the unit needs some work though. I have already bought new appilances for the kitchen and getting prices for new flooring in the living area and bedrooms.
