About Property:
Welcome to Sheridan, Wyoming! This new, one-bedroom 2nd floor apartment is located on a property with an incredible view of the Bighorn Mountains. Enjoy heading downtown to stroll Main Street for local shopping, breweries and food. Take in the beauty of the outdoors with hiking, mountain biking, golf, polo matches, fishing, snowmobiling, snow shoeing and cross-country skiing on the Bighorn Mountains.

Overview:
This sleek one-bedroom apartment is located on the second floor of our standalone garage/shop on our beautiful 2-acre lot. This unique location will provide a memorable stay. Only 8 minutes from downtown Sheridan, 9 minutes from the Big Horn Equestrian Center and 20 minutes to the base of the Bighorn Mountains, makes it easily accessible. You will find this to be cozy and very clean living space. This new construction was completed in March 2018 and we are thrilled to provide a home away from home for our visitors. We live in the main house a few yards away and are available as needed.

As the photos illustrate there are 3 large windows giving plenty of light. It is a bright, warm and an inviting place. Heat and A/C. Also, it does come with a fan to circulate air and create “white noise” if desired.

The kitchen offers full size appliances with an ice and water dispenser on the fridge. A coffee maker, toaster, blender, pots, pans, utensils, and everything you need to create your favorite meal are available as well.

Outdoor exterior stairs provide access to the apartment.

We are very excited to share this apartment…come enjoy Sheridan!!

Perfect spot for exploring Sheridan

Apartment is very clean and well furnished. I was here for Labor Day weekend with my dad for a family event. I had not been to Sheridan so we explored and adventured with a nice place to come home to. Our hosts were so helpful with suggestions for restaurants etc. Truly a wonderful weekend!!

Convenient, Comfortable--overall Terrific Stay!

Stayed 5 nights as we were visiting family in the Sheridan area, and this was our 5th visit to Sheridan. The location is wonderful, just South of Sheridan with a beautiful view of the mountains. The property is clean, well-equipped with kitchen utensils and appliances and plenty of fresh towels and linens. There is a futon and loveseat which made it comfortable on days we were staying in. Loved having a separate bedroom with a closet and chest of drawers. Communicating with the host was very easy. We will definitely be back!

Perfect little place!

I stayed here with a best girlfriend to enjoy Sheridan & do some hiking in the Big Horns. Julie & Getty we’re just wonderful, so accommodating & nice to visit with. The place was clean & pretty impressed by the full kitchen & space we had. Was perfect for two people. Would definitely consider coming back!

Felt right at home

My fiancé and I took a weekend getaway to the Bighorns and Getty & Julie’s place was the perfect location! We felt right at home in this cute and cozy place. It had everything we needed and then some! Only a short drive from downtown Sheridan and close to other towns as well. Thank you for creating this awesome space for people to enjoy and anticipating our needs for the stay! We hope to be back someday :)

The Perfect Spot in Sheridan

We had a wonderful stay at Getty and Julie's apartment! Sheridan is such a beautiful town, and this was the perfect location to stay while visiting. The views of the Big Horn Mountains are breathtaking, and it is just a short drive into town! The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay, so comfortable that you won’t want to leave!! We will absolutely be staying here again

Comfortable getaway

This apartment was just as cute in person as it is in the pictures. We enjoyed being able to cook in the well equipped kitchen as well as wash some laundry after recreating in the mountains. The space was very comfortable for our vacation. The hosts were welcoming and easy to work with, we would certainly stay here again!

Amazing View and Stay

The hosts are very gracious and gave us lots of great tips about the area. The place is stocked for all your cooking needs and is very clean. The linens were super soft and cozy. We will totally stay here again when we adventure out to North Central Wyoming.

Welcoming!

We enjoyed our second time staying here for a soccer tourney. The location is great - perfectly placed between Sheridan and the soccer/polo fields. Love the snack baskets, comfy bed and overall feel of the place. There is some highway noise, but it truly hasn’t been an issue for us. Great and easy, accommodating hosts.

Wonderful Wyoming Experience

What a little gem! One... Sheridan is probably my favorite little town in American now but two...we got extremely lucky staying at this place. The hosts were unbelievable and the accommodations were far better than expectations. You can't get a better deal anywhere! 11/10 ~home is where your heart is

This place is fantastic!!!

We rented this apartment for January & February 2019 (to be in Sheridan for birth of our 1st grand baby). The apartment is exactly as advertised; clean, modern, spacious, nicely decorated, has a very comfortable bed & is supplied with all items needed to easily “move in” without effort & feel right at home. Julie & Getty are very responsive & friendly & we enjoyed getting to know them. Another big plus for us was their willingness to accommodate our parking needs for two vehicles & a camper & a trailer. We definitely recommend this property & will stay here again.

Best place to stay in Sheridan, WY!

My wife and I stayed here for six weeks while I was working in Sheridan and we couldn't be more grateful that we found this rental! This location is on the main road that leads into downtown Sheridan as well as the Big Horn National Forest. It is on the owner's property but located on the second floor of a detached workshop. There is an outdoor staircase that leads up to the second floor apartment which we often used to sit out on and enjoy views of the Big Horns. Inside, everything is new, clean, and nicely decorated - making it feel like a comfortable home away from home. We were greeted with a sweet welcome basket of snacks to help get us through until we were able to get to the grocery store. During the week, we did most of our cooking at home so I was very grateful that the kitchen was fully stocked with the necessary appliances and cookware - they even provided basic spices. The owner's (Getty & Julie) were incredibly helpful with advising of where to eat, shop, hike, and sightsee as well as helping with any other questions/needs we had during our stay. We were sad to leave! If you are staying in Sheridan, this is the place to stay!
