Kayak in the Intracoastal, play basketball in your own private heated pool, or entertain your group in a large outdoor living area that includes ping pong, Bocce course, shuffle board, dart board, and putting green. Rental is all inclusive and includes use of a golf cart to explore the island, linen and towels included, kayaks included, and easy access to the beach just 2 blocks away. Come enjoy all that Ocean Isle Beach has to offer with this well equipped Ocean Isle Beach Resort-style property with a heated pool, located on a concrete canal with unobstructed views of over 40 acres of coastal marsh. Fish from the dock, walk to beach this property is an outdoor lovers dream. Renovated in 2018, 11 Lee is ready for your large family vacation or available to host your next group outing.

Our 2,900 sq. ft. canal home has plenty of space for large families and groups. In addition to the 5 bedrooms/5 1/2 baths, our home has 2 separate living areas, an enclosed game room with Ping Pong, Shuffle Board, Darts & Corn Hole Boards, an outdoor swimming pool with basketball goal, and a floating dock with full boat access-canal is over 6ft deep at low tide and 12 ft on high tide-direct access to Intracoastal. Each of the 5 bedrooms has their own bathroom and access to the outdoor deck space. Adults can have their own privacy with 2 master suites, one with a private 3rd floor balcony overlooking the water.

Two Master Suites each have a King bed. One room is well furnished with two Queens. A room for the family with a queen and twin bed with trundle. And for the first mates we have a custom built themed bunk room with 4 twins. Each of the 2 living areas has a pull out queen sleeper sofa with memory foam mattress.

Enjoy a morning cup of coffee as the sunrise comes up over the coastal marsh from the front decks. Evening sun will provide a perfect backdrop for your relaxing dip in the private pool after a long day on the beach, which is within walking distance. All bets from the golf course can be settled in your own back yard with a 3 hole putting green newly installed by Celebrity Greens.

You can easily explore the island with our 8 seater golf cart included with all weekly rentals (waiver must be signed). Boat rentals available upon request from local businesses.

Entire process was easy and accurate. Perfect amount of bedrooms. Only issue was the towels were still damp in the bin. Kitchen was well stocked with pans and flatware, lots of seating and comfortable spaces.

Great stay

The home was exactly as described online, and very clean. EXCELLENT location near the end of the island. Each sleeping room had its own private bath and shower with a convenient powder room on the main level. Living areas on both levels were spacious and accommodated large groups easily. Our group enjoyed our stay to say the least, and we highly recommend this property!

2025 OIB Vacation

Very nice house, great kitchen utensils, new cookware and new sharp knives. The golf cart is a life saver getting back and forth to the beach. Great pool to cool off in. My husband enjoyed the dock for his boat. A lot of steps to get into house but, that's normal for most beach houses. Overall great memories made with family. Thank you to Crystal and Douglas for sharing your beautiful home with us.

Our large family of close to 20 has been vacationing at OIB for 20 years. 11 Lee accommodates our large family so well and the improvements made to it over the last few years are fantastic. It rained for a few days so outdoor cushions stayed wet the whole trip. Maybe use some different type of cushions. Owner came back to raise heated pool temperature which was greatly appreciated. Some of the outdoor and indoor lights did not work. Overall it was a very pleasant experience. Brian was always available whenever we had issues. Thank you Brian

Beautiful home and location

We had three families with four teenage and three young adults. This home was the perfect size for our needs. There was plenty of space for everyone to relax. Everyone had their on bathroom which is a plus with teenagers. The pool and gaming area were great to have as well, especially on our rainy days. Also, itā€™s just a short walk to the beach. I would definitely recommend this lovely home to multiple families traveling together.

Best House Yet!

For the last several years, we have been looking for the ā€œperfectā€œ place to have our growing family. We are a multi generation family. Our kids are now young adults, and we have one grandchild. This house is clean, well stocked, has enough rooms, beautiful views, quiet, and has so many options for recreation and exploration that we were all quite happy! We would love to go back next year.

Family gathering

We had 16 adults, a 3 year old and a 4 month old. Sleeping arrangements were good. Kitchen was well stocked, 2nd fridge on lower level was critical. Main fridge is side by side, so not good for such a large group who cooked. Loved the main level deck, large enough for most of us to hang out. Lower level, pool, ping pong, putting green, dock, kayaks was awesome.

Lovely Home

Loved this house on the canal. So many extras included like golf cart, kayaks, linens, towels. And the linens were actually good quality. Only negative was the kitchen. It needs some TLC with utensils, tupperware containers, etc. The cleanliness of the kitchen upon arrival was not quite up to par. But everything else was great. Renters can be awful to a kitchen, so most likely not the owner's fault, but just an observation. Would still stay here again. Also loved the decks off the back facing the canal. :)
