Enjoy the quiet space, gorgeous sunset view, and beautiful landscape, and smell the roses (during the season.) Listen to the birds, and smell the salty air while relaxing or drinking your morning coffee on the back porch. This cozy getaway is nestled among live magnolia, mimosa, and oaks in the heart of the Outer Banks.

Cozy one-bedroom and one-bath apartment on the ground floor. Private entry and the entire place to yourself. Smart TV with Netflix access but no full network.
The kitchenette includes the following: Fridge, microwave, toaster oven, hot plate, and coffee maker.
Plates, cups, glasses, and silverware are included.
Paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, dish soap, coffee filters, and sugar.
There are linens for the bed and two sets of bath towels but please bring your own beach towels.

We have one double bike, three regular bikes, a kayak for two people, and a stand-up paddleboard. These are shared among guests from my two other apartments. We don't have direct access to the water. However, we're a two-minute walk to the Albemarle Sound access, and a boardwalk makes it perfect for a sunset stroll. We're about ten minute walk to the ocean.
Pet friendly $50 per stay. Max 2 dogs please. There is a cat that lives in the common outdoor areas. The owner lives upstairs.
