If you should arrive in Nashville early (before 3:00pm and/or are leaving Nashville in the evening. There is a location just south of Broadway which works well.

Q: Our Flight gets in early / leaves late. What can we do with our bags if we want to explore more.

A: If we can accommodate we will certainly try. Unfortunately the Riverfront does not have a main lobby or place you can secure your belongings. When we have ā€œback to backā€ bookings it is nearly impossible. However, consider downloading the app ā€œBounceā€ where for a few dollars you can leave your belongings and return for it later.



Q: Are you Pet Friendly?

A: Not knowing the allergies of our future guests causes us not to permit pets to stay in our unit.



Q: May we smoke on the deck.

A: There are designated smoking areas on the property with Beautiful Views of the River. We ask guests to refrain from smoking on the balcony. We worry about smoke coming into the unit and adhering to the decor and furniture. Please be mindful of our future guests..



Q: May we have packages / groceries delivered?

A: Yes, most packages get left at the ā€œ900 stairwellā€. It is best to request packages / groceries to be left at front door.



Q: Is there a Grill.

A: Yes, both Gas and Charcoal (Guests provide charcoal).



Q: We are very neat people. Can we waive the cleaning fee?

A: No, we want to ensure a high standard of cleanliness for all our guests and feel the best way to ensure this happens is to have a professional cleaning staff clean the unit after we exit.



Q: What is your cancellation policy?

A: We have a 30 day cancellation policy. However, if you need to cancel within 30 days and we are able to re-book the unit we will refund you the difference.



Q: Balcony Spiders, Webs, and Bugs Oh My!

A: Being on the river this is a difficult to regulate. We do have monthly pest control and our cleaners do a good job of cleaning the webs after each guests but spiders are persistent and they do return from time to time.



As our listing advises we are located in DOWNTOWN NASHVILLE. We are just like any other metropolitan area with traffic, construction, and homeless issues from time to time. When we stay downtown we feel safe to walk to and from without fear but we realize not everyone stares the same views and experiences.

Fantastic space in a nice area, easy to walk anywhere you'd want. Everything was spotless when we arrived and the hosts were super easy to work with. Plenty of room for larger parties but not too much where any one space feels unused. Had a fantastic time!

What an exceptional place to stay! The whole place was spotless, everything we could think of that we needed was there already, the check in process was simple and seamless, and the location was wonderful! My father and I were able to walk the distance from Broadway in just a handful of minutes and enjoyed the peace of our stay after the busyness of downtown. The balcony overlooking the Cumberland River was full of excellent life and watching opportunities. I hope to come back here with my kids in the future soon!

Host thought of EVERYTHING! Our group of 6 enjoyed our time here for CMA Fest ā€˜26. The location is perfect for Broadway and Nissan walking trips. About 20-25 minutes. Plenty of towels and extra pillows/blankets.

A wonderful condo within walking distance of downtown Nashville, Broadway Street, Country Music Hall of Fame and restaurants. Parking was great, no issues with the big suburban. Loved that there was a coffee pot, filters, and ground coffee-a nice touch. Enjoyed looking out at the Cumberland River each morning. No pets allowed, so perfect for allergic/asthmatic spouse.

Excellent location! Walking distance to downtown & just far enough to be out of the noise. Enjoyed watching the barges & wildlife on the river from the private deck. Condo was clean & had everything we needed. Highly recommend!

Location was good. We did end up driving everywhere we went, but that was our choice. Even with the constitution going on in the area it was quiet. The condo was excellent, clean, well stocked with essentials. Would definitely stay here again. We loved it!

Liz and Mike were so easy to work with. They were very responsive to messages. The place is so cute and comfy. Everything we needed was in the place. Sitting on the deck and watching the river flow by was so relaxing. Close to downtown but far enough away so it wasn't noisy. Highly recommend!
