If you should arrive in Nashville early (before 3:00pm and/or are leaving Nashville in the evening. Q: Our Flight gets in early / leaves late. What can we do with our bags if we want to explore more.
A: If we can accommodate we will certainly try. Unfortunately the Riverfront does not have a main lobby or place you can secure your belongings. When we have āback to backā bookings it is nearly impossible. However, consider downloading the app āBounceā where for a few dollars you can leave your belongings and return for it later.
Q: Are you Pet Friendly?
A: Not knowing the allergies of our future guests causes us not to permit pets to stay in our unit.
Q: May we smoke on the deck.
A: There are designated smoking areas on the property with Beautiful Views of the River. We ask guests to refrain from smoking on the balcony. We worry about smoke coming into the unit and adhering to the decor and furniture. Please be mindful of our future guests..
Q: May we have packages / groceries delivered?
A: Yes, most packages get left at the ā900 stairwellā. It is best to request packages / groceries to be left at front door.
Q: Is there a Grill.
A: Yes, both Gas and Charcoal (Guests provide charcoal).
Q: We are very neat people. Can we waive the cleaning fee?
A: No, we want to ensure a high standard of cleanliness for all our guests and feel the best way to ensure this happens is to have a professional cleaning staff clean the unit after we exit.
Q: What is your cancellation policy?
A: We have a 30 day cancellation policy. However, if you need to cancel within 30 days and we are able to re-book the unit we will refund you the difference.
Q: Balcony Spiders, Webs, and Bugs Oh My!
A: Being on the river this is a difficult to regulate. We do have monthly pest control and our cleaners do a good job of cleaning the webs after each guests but spiders are persistent and they do return from time to time.
As our listing advises we are located in DOWNTOWN NASHVILLE. We are just like any other metropolitan area with traffic, construction, and homeless issues from time to time. When we stay downtown we feel safe to walk to and from without fear but we realize not everyone stares the same views and experiences.

Property very clean and in a nice quiet location. The pool was a great amenity. Our only suggestion would be a light over the dining table and king mattress upgrade. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely return!

We were in town for a concert at Nissan Stadium. The property was super clean and a great layout for our family of 4. We appreciated being a little further from Broadway but donāt let that detract you. iItās definitely close enough if youāre into the party scene.

Fantastic space in a nice area, easy to walk anywhere you'd want. Everything was spotless when we arrived and the hosts were super easy to work with. Plenty of room for larger parties but not too much where any one space feels unused. Had a fantastic time!

What an exceptional place to stay! The entire apartment was clean, provided plenty of space for the three of us to relax, and featured great local recommendations throughout the rooms. The location was perfectāpeaceful, with a great view of the Cumberland River and its wildlife, yet highly convenient. We were able to walk to Broadway in 15 minutes, quickly access the Germantown neighborhood, and pick up our rental car for our trip to the Smokies just a mile away.Additionally, the check-in process was seamless, and thank you for providing safe, reasonably priced options for our luggage storage before check-in.We would absolutely stay at your property again.

Such a peaceful place to stay, no road noise, a beautiful view, andplenty of wildlife. Amenities were great and so were our host. If ever we return I would stay here in a heartbeat. I highly recommend

What an exceptional place to stay! The whole place was spotless, everything we could think of that we needed was there already, the check in process was simple and seamless, and the location was wonderful! My father and I were able to walk the distance from Broadway in just a handful of minutes and enjoyed the peace of our stay after the busyness of downtown. The balcony overlooking the Cumberland River was full of excellent life and watching opportunities. I hope to come back here with my kids in the future soon!

The Riverfront Condominiums is just that. The view every Morning of the riverwas a great treat to wake up too! They had supplied everything we needed, plenty of towels and even coffee for the morning. The pullout sofa bed, unfortunately, was not very comfortable and very squeaky, but that's a typical hideabed. We were on the 2nd floor and are upstairs neighbor's we're very loud at 2 am and very heavy footed. With that being said, I still give this a five star, I would definitely stay there again on the third floor.

Great location. Walked to Broadway and didnt have to deal with parking. Awesome view of the river. Wildlife at the river was very entertaining. Very comfortable and homey place. Had everything we needed. Best place we have stayed in Nashville

Parking was great. The kitchen had everything i needed Togo cook. The beds were comfortable and clean. The bathrooms were Clem and will stocked.

Host thought of EVERYTHING! Our group of 6 enjoyed our time here for CMA Fest ā26. The location is perfect for Broadway and Nissan walking trips. About 20-25 minutes. Plenty of towels and extra pillows/blankets.
