The Tree Top House, set in gorgeous, Jackson Hole, Wyoming, offers the unparalleled experience of relaxation as well as a variety of entertainment possibilities!
This home provides 5 Bedrooms, 3,253 sq. ft. (sleeps 10); 2 king beds, two large living areas, 4 full baths, fully equipped kitchen, 2 fireplaces, and high-end furnishings.
The Tree Top House is located on the mountainside of East Jackson, with breathtaking views of the Elk Refuge and surrounding mountainside. The neighborhood is tranquil, but close enough to walk to downtown Jackson for shopping or restaurant excursions. Designed for gathering, relaxing, and entertaining, the Tree Top House has a fully equipped kitchen, complete with Viking and Bosch appliances for the most discerning chef, an open floor plan with fireplace and stunning views throughout! Enjoy the back deck for your morning coffee or a glass of wine to watch the glorious sunset.
Wake up each morning to an amazing view from the master bedroom. The master bath has a deep Jacuzzi tub with separate shower. A second bedroom is also located on the main floor.
Downstairs, there are three bedrooms with a separate game room/living area combination for the kids or teens in your party. The three bedrooms downstairs offer a king bed, the second bedroom, two twin beds and the third bedroom offers a double/twin bunk bed accommodation. The fireplace hearth is a nice gathering place to watch a game of ping pong, as well as other gaming equipment provided. Outside is another peaceful retreat with the hottub situated on the back patio overlooking the nice sized backyard for the kids to play. For those needing to work while vacationing, there is a large desk with fax machine and printer available.
Washer and dryer, wireless internet, outdoor grill, as well as a large heated 2-car garage, are also included.

"Per Jackson Hole housing regulations, our home cannot be rented for less then 31 days, nor can occupancy be restricted for less than 31 days.*** This statement must be reflected in all VRBO listings in this area per law, however, this does not indicate interested parties may not rent for a lesser time period, ie., one week rental. The regulation states that we are unable to restrict access for the month block of time. Please do not hesitate to ask questions for clarification as this may be confusing, but must be stated to comply with city regulations. *** We are firm ā€œno-petā€ rental as a member of our family has severe allergies to pet hair. (Our family resides at the Tree Top House 4-5 months out of the year.)

Wonderful family vacation!

We chose this property in part based on the reviews Donna received. Those reviews were accurate! Donna responded promptly to any questions I had both before and after arrival. The property manager was there when we arrived and easily available throughout our stay. The location is gorgeous...and quiet! Our group of seven adults left feeling that our stay was indeed something special. I highly recommend this property and would definitely return.

Does Not Disappoint

My family and I had a great time staying at the Tree Top House. The views are incredible, and the location could not be beat for our purposes. It is a very quick hop to downtown Jackson and to Snow King Resort, and the drives to Jackson Hole Resort, Grand Teton National Park/National Elk Refuge and even Grand Targhee Resort (about 1.5 hours) are not at all onerous. (The trip to Grand Targhee is particularly stunning and worth it if you ski/snowboard.) The house is well-appointed, clean, maintained, and spacious enough that spending time with the entire family and finding some space to be alone (particularly important to my girls) are equally easy and comfortable. The newly renovated kitchen is functional, well-equipped, and made eating in a treat. The owners, particularly Donna, were vey thoughtful and responsive without being bothersome. The only drawback to the trip was the lack of snow - though I don't blame the owners for that (or do I? - it dumped several inches on the slopes the day after we left). We would (will) stay here again without reservation or hesitancy.

Family Vacation

We had an amazing stay at this house in Jackson. We have a family of 8. Ranging in age from 50 to 22. The house suited us very comfortably. We had a great time in the evening cooking family dinners and spending family time playing ping pong and Wii bowling. The view from the deck was enjoyed in the mornings before we headed out for the day of adventures. We were able to get cheap Ubers into town and back after we visited the local watering holes at night. The owner was very helpful and had open communication. There is a hike right up the road from the house that we did a couple of mornings. The hot tub was also great to take a soak after a long day of hiking. The younger bunch in our crew walked down the hill to town and then ran back up the hill for exercise in the mornings. Over all we had a fantastic stay at this house and we would come back again!

Great house for big groups and families

We stayed at this home for a week in July 2021. Our party included 6 adults and 4 kids. there was plenty of room for all the guests. the balcony offers great views and home had everything we needed. Not walkable to town but a very short drive. Overall a great rental!

Stunning in Every Way

Our family (consisting of 3 adults, 2 college students, and one high school senior) fell in love with this gorgeous and immaculately maintained property. It met and even exceeded our expectations. From the moment we inquired about possibly staying here, and throughout the process, our hosts could not have been more helpful and gracious. They provided excellent recommendations for restaurants and activities which greatly enhanced our stay. This home is very well supplied with all of the amenities one might need. The beds were very comfortable, with great assortments of pillows for sensitive heads. Morning coffee and evening glasses of wine on the balcony overlooking the stunning views made for a relaxing way to start and end our active days exploring all of the areaā€™s activities. There is also a cozy hot tub available on the ground level overlooking the hillside. The walk into town is an easy downhill stroll and a challenging uphill return. For anyone not up for steep inclines, we would advise taking an Uber or having a car. There is also a Grand Teton National Park trailhead just up the hill and around the corner from the property. We enjoyed hiking to the summit and taking in the 360 degree birdā€™s eye view of the Tetons and the town. From the moment we pulled into the attached garage and stepped through the doors, we immediately noticed the meticulous attention to detail incorporated into the stunning design of this lovely home. We truly felt at home for the duration of our stay. If and when we return to Jackson Hole, this property will be our first choice of accommodations.

Best family vacation ever for grandparents, adult children and grandchildren..

The house is everything that the pictures describe and more! Very roomy and lots of space for our family of 10. Although we did not do a lot of serious cooking the kitchen is well stocked with dishes and utensils. Bathrooms were very clean and had plush towels and nice toiletries. The bunk room and twin room that shared a bath were good for the grandchildren. The view of the area is spectacular and the neighborhood is close to center of Jackson. The house is three levels so be prepared for lots of stairs which was fine for our group. The owners are extremely friendly and accommodating. We would definitely love to return!

We had an amazing experience with Donna and Mark with the Tree Top house. It was as beautiful as the pictures revealed. It was perfect for our family. The beds were very comfortable and the house had everything you could ever need.
