Sobre esta propriedade
Shawnee Pequeno Townhouse SKI IN / SKI OUT
With days getting shorter and the nights getting longer!! This is a sure sign that Fall is around the corner. With the cool nights, the start of the colorful canopies lies ahead!! Breathtaking views that make anyone want to stay here in Maine!! And what better place than right here in Bridgton, Maine!!
Fall in Maine is a little bit magical, and soon, the mountains will begin their annual transformation. As summer greens give way to vibrant shades of red, orange, and gold, we’re reminded of yet another reason to love maple trees and all the other beautiful color changers that put on a show across the mountains.
If you’ve experienced Maine during peak foliage, you know what’s coming. If this is your first autumn adventure here, prepare yourself for a little sensory overload (in all the best ways).
Fall here isn’t just a season, it’s an event. From crisp mountain days and winding scenic drives to apple cider, flannel, and fabulous fall festivities come alive in a whole new way.
Lift rides will be offered to the summit of Pleasant Mountain during the peak weekends of the foliage season. Enjoy a stunningly scenic chairlift ride while taking in the breathtaking views of the Lakes Region of Maine and the Presidential Mountain Range of New Hampshire. You will offload at the summit and have time to snap pictures and soak in the surroundings. September 26 – 27 & October 3 – 4 – 11 am – 4pm & Fall Festival October 10 – 11am – 4pm.
Let us not forget the Fryeburg Fair! Tickets may be purchased online or at any Fryeburg Fair Ticket Booths during Fair week, October 4th – October 11th. Daily Tickets are $17; Children under 12 are free. Senior Citizens (65 or older) are free on Tuesdays only. All tickets are non-refundable.

The entry level acts as a 1st Floor Bedroom, 1 King Bed & two sets of bunk beds three-fourths/4 bath. The middle level has the Kitchen/Dining and Living room with a half bath. The upper level has two bedrooms: one with a Master King Bed and the second with a King Bed & a bunk bed. Also, a full bath is on the upper level. One small deck off the kitchen. A large, covered deck off the living room with a large gas grill. Also, a large, covered deck off the Master Bedroom upstairs. In addition, it can also provide quiet, secluded relaxation on one of the three separate living levels. Located in the Western Lakes Region of Maine. This 4-season townhouse is a stone's throw from Moose Pond. Access to Moose Pond via the boat ramp or Sabatis Island (on Google, it is Fire Lane 314).
Nearby activities include the Bridgton Twin Drive-In Theater (one of the few left), canoeing, kayaking, or rafting on the Saco River. Fishing (Sebago Lakes Region), hiking, cross-country, and mountain biking trails, golf courses, antique shopping, tubing, and Mini Golf. Convenient to North Conway, Naples (Long Lake), Sebago Lake, Fryeburg (The Fryeburg Fairgrounds), Storyland, Cranmore, Attitash, and Sunday River Ski Areas, and the White Mountains. Bridgton is a cultural & tourism-based resort community offering access to ski resorts, performing arts venues, movie theaters, shopping, restaurants, museums, art galleries, and academies.
