Lakefront studio complete with efficiency kitchen. Private entrance and access to kayaks to enjoy the lake and mountain views. Swim off the dock and enjoy a lakeside campfire with smores! Located between Greenville and Spartanburg we are just minutes from the airport and generally less than half an hour from downtown of either city. This apartment is upstairs, so please keep that in mind. Cable TV & Wi-fi.

Relaxing and memorable

Visiting our son and his friends at college, this was the perfect place to hang out with them and enjoy the outdoors. The hosts were so amenable to our needs. And home made cookies awaited us upon arrival! Would absolutely stay every time we visit!

This above garage apartment on Lyman Lake was absolutely beautiful. The hosts were very nice. It was one of the best vrbo rentals we’ve stayed at. Thank you John & Carol.

Room with a view

The studio apartment was very clean and cozy. We really enjoyed our visit and the lake front view was beautiful. I highly recommend this property.

Perfect place for my visit!

My son and his family lives less than 10 minutes from here. It was the perfect place for me to head to after spending a day playing with my 4 grandchildren ages 5 and under. The bed was super comfortable and loved that it had a walk-in shower as well. I will definitely stay here again!

Great place to relax

Very clean, warm, and inviting place to stay. Hosts are friendly and helpful and the property is beautiful. Much better than a hotel stay. Just be aware there are stairs to climb which is noted in the listing. Highly recommended!

A lake side get away.

Was lucky to have found this place. This is absolutely the best place I have stayed at Everything was beautiful inside and out Lovely neighborhood and the lake was beautiful. Very private in and out. Great host! Highly recommended.

By the Lovely Lake

Lovely little sudio compartment over the garage with a private entrance. Just right for me and hubby to stay and visit family. Beautiful lake with boat dock, canoes, firepit at our disposal. Very friendly and gracious hosts to greet you on arrival.

Fall For Greenville Weekend!

Our hosts were super courteous, which was a major plus for us! The room was impeccably clean, quite, inviting, private and overall was an amazing stay. Downtown Greenville, Fall for Greenville festival was fun, well organized, great energy and welcoming! Would definitely recommend.

Great Getaway!!

Perfect little spot for a quiet getaway. It was spotless, cutely decorated, well stocked, and easy drive into Greenville if you want to leave the serenity of the lake for a while. Lovely Place!

This studio apartment is perfect for a couple looking for some peace and relaxation. The room is quite cheery and everything is very clean. The bed is super comfy. The lake is beautiful. The gracious hosts have thought of everything that might be needed, and if you need something, they will provide it if they can. We hope to stay here again sometime.

Perfect Place

This is probably the nicest VRBO I have stayed in. Very clean. Communication with the homeowner was top notch. We enjoyed napping in the hammock and reading in the swing out by the lake. Close enough to Greenville to go into town for a little fun, but far enough away that we didn’t have to deal with traffic and noise. Such a quiet cozy little space. And the homeowner left homemade brownies for our arrival!

Owners greeted us with fresh baked cookies and graciously invited us to enjoy their property. Absolutely gorgeous flowers, an outstanding lake view and a spotless, nicely decorated studio apartment.. Sweet spot on Lake Lyman

This little FROG was absolutely top notch. Clean comfortable and quiet. Tastefully decorated and all appliances/bed very new. The Reeds were consummate hosts, they greeted us upon arrival and left cookies and ice cream 😊 We wanted for nothing! We weren’t able to take advantage of the lake and canoe/kayaks as we were working. We definitely want to stay again!
