Convenient entry, excellent communication with owner. Location was great, right on the beach and near restaurants, a grocery store and a pharmacy. We were only there for 2 nights (pre-cruise) but it was a nice unit!

Easter Break

Communication with the owner was easy and punctual. The condo was clean and the perfect setup for our family. The easy access to the beach was very convenient, and we loved the food and ambiance at the tiki bar. We would come back!

Winter break trip

We had a lovely stay. The unit was impeccable and the decor was gorgeous! Everything was as stated in the description. The hosts were very accomodating and the communication was prompt and reliable. We highly recommend this unit!

Great place for families

Very nice spacious 2BR that accommodated our family of seven. View of ocean from each room. Steps to beach, nice pool with great service. Food at Tiki Bar was outstanding and portions were huge. Definitely not “bar food.” We stayed for only 2 nights after a cruise but would have been worthy of a longer stay.

Would use again!!!

The pool and ocean were feet away!! Clean pool with plenty of chairs. It was a beautiful, clean beach. The tiki bar was fun and the food was good! Everyone that worked there was very friendly. The rooms were clean and comfy. Plenty of room for all of us. The owners were very accommodating and answered all my questions. Would use again!

Taylor Swift Eras tour

We stayed the weekend there for the Taylor Swift concert. Unfortunately, the weather wasn’t good for the beach. The area is nice and there is a lot of restaurants and shops you can walk to. The valet people were very nice and pretty fast about getting the car. The condo was nice and well furnished

Nice Spot & Would Stay Again, Some FYIs

Overall this was a nice place and we would stay again. It was clean and had some good features. Proximity to a pool and being right on the ocean is hard to beat. It was great to have 2 restaurants on site and the option to rent chairs and umbrellas. There were also towels available at the same rental stand by the Tiki bar. Recommend having cash for tips. The restaurants are a bit pricey but convenience won. There's a coffee maker and Keurig in the kitchen; we stopped at the store on the way in and weren't sure what the unit had so just sharing :) Not complaints at all, just info I would have appreciated knowing in advance. The exterior of the windows were pretty dirty so the views with windows closed weren't crystal clear but we understand that weather and things out of anyone's control create that so again, not a complaint just a heads up for expectations. A bit more info about the building, like an FYI sheet would've been nice. Especially after going through older reviews and coming prepared with rolls of quarters for laundry. Laundry is in the basement and you have to take the service elevator to get there. Then you need to use a credit card to purchase a laundry card ($5) and then you load the card. Later found a card on the dining table that someone left but had no idea that's what it was until after I'd already bought one. Last FYI - when you pay for parking it's by the day and you pay when you arrive by how many days you'll be there. You park your car across the s

Getaway

We stayed at this condo about six months ago and my two young sons are still talking about it. The beach out front was perfect, ocean was cold but the heated pool felt wonderful. We would definitely stay here again.

Not a Family Friendly Neighborhood

The rental unit was as described and the check in/out process was very easy. I do not recommend staying at the Ocean Manor Resort if you have children. The surrounding tenants were constantly smoking marijuana. The smell was so strong that we had to move our belongings to an interior bedroom and place towels at the door to the hallway. We went for an early morning walk on the beach and witnessed a homeless man showering naked at the beach showers on the Ocean Manor Property next to the Tiki Bar - several employees were working and no one did anything to stop this. This property is great for Spring Breakers, but I would not take my children to this property again.

Wonderful Beach Getaway

Our beach stay was windy and rainy but it did not dampen our spirits or ruin our stay. The condo was lovely and the setup was nice.

Great Location

This is a great location & loved having the bar on site. The room was clean. My only comment is that the light & fan in the master bedroom didn’t work correctly. The light would flash on and off after you took a shower and the fan wouldn’t ever come on. Would definitely stay again.

Great spot, tiki bar, beach access, great valet!

This place does not disappoint. On the beach, great valet service and close to everything. Tiki bar on site with 12+ TV’s makes watching football on a Sunday a blast.

Thanksgiving get-a-way. We knew that we did not want to stay in Ohio for Thanksgiving.

The property was exactly what it looked like in the picture! It was very cute and had everything we needed. The property manager was excellent about communication and got back to me immediately with answers to my questions. We weren’t sure what restaurants would be open on Thanksgiving, but the Italian restaurant had a wonderful Thanksgiving meal! Also, the tiki bar won’t disappoint for snacks and drinks! Thanks for a wonderful rental!!!

Short getaway with friends

The property was exactly as pictured ! Easy access to the beach, nice tiki bar where you can eat outside. Plenty of space to visit and okay games. Check in was easy and the owner was prompt to answer questions. We Close to the restaurants at Lauderdale by the sea. I was surprised that the enclosed tub/shower only had 1/2 the shower door and the lever to turn on the shower was missing. I communicated this with the owner after checking out. I’m sure it will be resolved. I would stay here again

Cute with Potential

Overall the property was very nice and the service was superb. There are few items to address for such stay to remain 5 Stars. The freezer continuously froze and ice was not available. The shower did not have space to place your shower needs- you needed to bend down to get it. The tub shower was very slippery. Lighting in the living area was poor, and finally the windows were not cleaned to enjoy the view of the ocean. Outside of that, it was an enjoyable stay, and I will stay there again!

Vacation

This space is great very clean a lot of space for us and our family. The beds are very conferrable and a few beach toys seats and a small cooler.. The Condo and Hotel amenities are wonderful weekends get a little wild but once inside the condo couldn’t hear anything.

Beach Vacation

This condo was perfect for our family beach vacation. There was plenty of room for my teenage sons and the location was right on the beach. There were also restaurants and shops within walking distance. We would definitely stay again.
