THE SPACE
This is not a party house. We are a monthly Co-living/co-ed establishment that offers a safe and secure high-end living environment. Ladies don't worry... for your piece of mind, we have set-up surveillance cameras throughout the inside and outside of the home. Everywhere except the bedrooms, of course! Along with keypad entry and a rigorous screening process, safety and security will not be an issue. Whether your in town looking for work or on an extended holiday, we can definitely accommodate... We have 6 beautifully furnished bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, and a separate 1bd/1bth apartment. There's also a massive shared exercise room that doubles as a workstation or study. You book the room and we'll provide the rest! Just like a hotel. Linens, toiletries, coffee, and even weekly maid service are all on us! All this just minutes from the strip... Come be a part of the Co-living revolution.

GUEST ACCESS
Guests have full access to their own private room each with lock and personal key. The rest of the property is shared with other guests NOT THE OWNER!!! Much like a hotel...On the day of check in, guests will receive instructions on how to get to and into the house. Because of security issues that information will not be disclosed until then. The person responsible for the reservation, along with every guest MUST be present at the time of check in and MUST have proper ID that matches the information given to us by AIRBNB. A set of keys will only be given to the person who made the reservation. NO EXCEPTIONS!!! All vehicles will be registered at the time of check-in. Non-registered vehicles and guests are prohibited from parking on and entering the premises.
