*Back on the market for 2026!! This condo was owner occupied for the past year+ but now is freshly painted and ready to go for the spring of 2026. We are premier host for many other listings but due to the fact that this listing was idle it is not showing for this unit. But you can trust that you will have a wonderful hosts and a beautiful condo to use during your vacation!

Freshly updated ocean view Non-Smoking villa features a Master bedroom with new queen size mattress. Two bunk beds built into the hallway (can close door to separate the living room). Living room with 49" Flat screen HDTV, Wi-Fi, and smart TV for the rainy days. Kitchen with microwave, range, refrigerator, dishwasher, blender, toaster, and coffeemaker. Dining Table seats Four.

This is a 3rd floor unit only steps away from parking. You are only 100 yards to the beach or pool.

The Hilton Head Beach and Tennis Resort offers onsite Tennis Courts & Pro-Shop, along with Jamaica Joe'z Poolside Bar & Grill, Gators Pizza & Wings, CocoNutz Sports Bar with fantastic Large Screens to catch all the action, Playground, Catch-and-Release pond, Bike Rentals onsite. Just down the road from the resort (about 1/4 mile) you will find Adventure Cove Miniature Golf & Arcade!

NEW STARTING AUGUST 1, 2019: The complex now charges $25 per pass that is good for your entire stay, but keep this in mind if you request more than 1 pass.

We really enjoyed our stay here! Everything was nice and clean. We had no issues whatsoever and it is such a good price to stay walking distance to the beach compared to a ton of other places. I definitely would recommend staying here!

We had an amazing time with our grandbaby. The place was clean and had a view of the ocean. Communication was quick and check-in was easy. We would definitely stay again.

10/10 would definitely recommend this property & will likely stay here again! HHBT was nice, clean, safe, and accessible. Host was very easy to communicate with. The condo was clean and updated. It had everything we needed for a family vacation with 2 small kids. We had an excellent trip!! This spot is perfect for a HHI vacation spot. We have visited the island many times but never stayed in this area; it was totally great! *worth noting - there was a small number of wash cloths provided & we did end up having to run out to the dollar store to purchase some cheap ones early on in our trip. A family of 4 scrubbing sand off of us daily and 5 wash cloths just wasn't cutting it. There are laundry units on site, so that's an option as well! Just wanted to mention in case the next family wanted to bring some extras initially!

Great accommodations

5 minute walk to the beach, their own bar and restaurant, a great pool and much more. The Villa was clean and comfy with everything you need. Close to all the shopping and other restaurants.

Photos show new furniture, old dirty and damaged furniture was in the rental. Smell of the cleaning product was overwhelming and lasted up to the last day! We were forced to leave the slider open for the entire time so we could breath. Headaches and respiratory issues also. A wasps nest bothered us outside! Broken loose bathroom tile and poor ventilation in the bathroom. Broken plug, uncomfortable bed etc I could go on. Lack of communication from the host. We reached out right away when we arrived and asked for assistance for a different unit! Nothing until the next day. We stayed out of the room to avoid getting sick from the smell. It’s all in the messages as well as all my photos of what I'm explaining. Your photo has now been updated but not the photo was saw when we booked with new couch and comfy matching lounge chair. Tv was on the wall in that photo. This was a bait and switch rental. Not happy at all. The smell was the worst smelled like lavatory strong chemical we couldn’t get rid of!

The Condo was an easy 5 minute walk to the beach or pool. The Neighbors were surprisingly quiet. The beach was perfectly sandy with incredible dunes during low tide.

Good Value

If looking to visit Hilton Head on budget good place to be at. Good view from balcony. Very nice grounds and safe. Great pool area. Easy check in. Accommodations were not luxurious but adequate and cozy. What we needed for 2 people.

Lovely short stay. Photos are accurate. Easy walk to beach and pool. Resort atmosphere. Everything we needed was in the condo. Clean. Comfortable. Bedroom could use room darkening over window. Would love to stay again.

Cutesy beachfront property

Katie’s place was so beautiful. It was small but perfect for us. 6 people could have stayed comfortably. It’s the perfect location; right on the beach. The pool is so nice and there’s a bar & grill right next to it. I can’t say enough great things about this property. There was no dish soap to wash dishes in the sink, but they did leave you with pods to use the dishwasher. Overall such a great stay and we can’t wait to come back.

Was not Happy that the day we checked in got a text that they were going to bug spray the condo. As we were relaxing & watching Tv, Seen 3 big bugs crawling around the dishwasher & Counter!! And 1 in the Vestibule.

Very sorry about the bug company spraying during your stay, but they do come once a quarter (for the entire building) and we have no say so in the date.

Ocean view is true!

I was at first a bit disappointed that the condo was a distance from the beach, but between the distance and the height, coffee and breakfast on the balcony with the ocean view was the perfect way to start each day! And as wonderful when it came time to end the day! One warning, there is only a single-cup coffee brewer and we were not prepared for that, but we worked around it. We have stayed over a dozen times at HHB&T, all in different units, and this one did NOT disappoint! Thank you for a lovely getaway for me and my two sisters! We will be back!

Not quite there

The property wasn't bad, but the half info was irritating. The laundry room was tolerable however, being required to purchase a card that can only be used in your laundry is a rip off. Buying a card is ridiculous, but to be required to put a minimum on the card, then not being able to use it anywhere else is one reason I'll stay away from vrbo rentals. I wouldn't stay at this resort again and i will be careful booking anything on vrbo. Arbnb has served me much better. Thanks

This property was great! Super clean, easy check in, and owners were super nice and helpful with any questions! Enjoyed that it was on the top floor and on the end so it was quiet. Would definitely come back! Ocean view from the porch was great and super quick walk to the beach. Parking was never an issue.

The room/property were very clean. The pictures didn’t match the actual room (specifically the couch/chair). I wouldn’t consider it a beach view it’s towards the back of the property but overall we were pleased.

The ocean was visible from the room - although it is a bit of a walk but great location overall on this property. The only issue I had was with the light coming into the bedroom from the hallway. One easy fix would be to put up inexpensive room darkening shades. Other than that, the property was great for our needs. Also, another suggestion would be to have a Keurig coffee maker - that is what most places we rent have and I think people are accustomed to that these days (us lazy folks when it comes to coffee). Thank you for your great communication. Always responding quickly.

The resort has everything

My family has been coming to the Hilton Head Beach and Tennis resort for over a decade now and we love the resort. It has great beach access, huge swimming pool, playground, work out room, tiki bar, it's safe, and in great shape.
