Unwind in the peaceful Gulf breeze at this waterfront Panama City Beach getaway. The perfect spot for fishing enthusiasts, jet skiers, and group trips, this home features a private 27-foot boat dock (two boats allowed), water views, and room for the family dog, too (for a small nightly fee).







Just steps from the water and a short drive from restaurants and shopping, this home makes it easy to water ski, cast a line, or enjoy the local attractions. From the dock, Shell Island is only a 10-minute boat ride away.







The nautical ambiance welcomes you in and sets a relaxing tone. Make a tropical cocktail and head out onto the deck to take in the water views while the free WiFi streams some gentle island tunes. Make a delicious fresh catch dish in the kitchen, and then end the day out on the dock.







Whether you're exploring the water or kicking back on the beach, this Panama City Beach home has something for everyone!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

This is the third time we have stayed at this unit. The house was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen cabinets have been painted and a new countertop added since we were there 2 years ago. The beds are comfortable and it’s nice to have fans. Having salt and pepper, and a few more blankets in the house would be nice. It would be helpful to have a vacuum cleaner in the house that can be used by the renters. We enjoyed sitting out on the front deck and looking at the water, and taking walks in the neighborhood.It’s great that it is dog friendly, too. We hope to stay here again .

Neighborhood needs some tlc

House was clean, neat, and easy to access from the water. Power at the dick does not work. Water at dock worked. Older 2 story house, with access only to top floor. Entrance to the neighborhood is through a trailer park. Water access was at the marina boat ramp down the street easy and friendly. 30 to launch.

Bay front fun

A few girlfriends and I rented this place for a few nights. The place had everything we needed. Cute and clutter free design. To get to the house you pass a bunch of mobile homes. Once you get near the house it’s very cute! We all brought paddle boards, but couldn’t drop in off the property because the deck was to high up. We were able to drive a block to the marina (big blue building) and drop in there for 15. each. We spent hours paddling through the canals then hit the bay and turned left. Very pretty and protected land. We would definitely stay here again.

Soccer Tournament

We changed our booking and booked this place last minute due to a marathon and didn’t want to stay near traffic. The location is a little scetch, but was a good location and close to our soccer tournament. We saw multiple roaches. The floors are not cleaned well. Recliner was broken. No laundry machines. No dishwasher. The stairs are slanted walking to the property. Beds are comfy.

Excellent Vacation

We loved the size of the house. Convenient to everything. Seeing the Aligator and Turtles at the pond was an added bonus. The steps and deck was the only negative part of the trip. The Deck boards need more support

Good for the price

The location in the bay is perfect for boating. The problem we had was we needed space for 2 big trucks and a huge boat trailer in the driveway. I messaged the owner and was told it was big enough. It really wasn't. The manager was attentive when we called the day of arrival. The house is outdated but it was clean. It had enough space for the two families. The kitchen was well stocked. There was great water pressure in the shower. We had a great time and were comfortable.

Boat Capable Location

A+ for me as the fisherman! Steps were a negative to the older persons in our group. All 3 mattress’s need an update. Dock pictures need updating as the dock layout is different than pictured and description, but I made it work for our boat. I would stay again, but my family would not choose to do so.

Nice place with a good view

We enjoyed our stay. The cleaning company was late coming but the property manager was quick to fix the problem and compensate us for the inconvenience. Water views are nice as well. We will stay again.

Great location if you bring a boat

The location and deck for the boat was great! House was very clean and nicely decorated. Plenty of room for our family. Kitchen did need some updates and was minimal on cookware. But overall it was very nice house. It was also great that we were allowed to bring our pets!! A word of caution- there is a small pond right in front of the house where you park. I walked my dogs in the grassy area in front of it. A guy stopped and spoke with my husband about there being an alligator in the pond. This person didn’t seem to live in the neighborhood so we weren’t sure whether to believe him. BUT, the very next day I spotted it! I have pictures. It didn’t appear to be a very big alligator, maybe 4ft long according to my husband, but still an alligator with no fence or anything else to keep it from coming on the grass or in the street. I had been walking my very small miniature schnauzer right there the whole trip and nobody said a word. If you bring your dog OR if you walk outside, just be aware.

Interesting property

The view on the harbor is amazing. The steps to get into the unit would be a problem for many people. Overall the home is a little dated but comfortable and it was very clean.

Can’t wait to go back!

Perfect location for a family that brings their boat to fish in the gulf. Big enough for a large family and close to everything. Very quiet neighborhood. Vacasa responds quickly to any concerns.

Spring Break on the Lagoon

Family vacation

Absolutely loved renting this house for our family vacation. My son and husband love to fish so with access to the bay and location, they were content with their fishing options while me and the girls tried to enjoy some beach time. No complaints related to the cleanliness of the property, it was clean and ready for us to unpack and unwind after our 9 hour drive. Will definitely rent again and recommend to others!

Good stay

The place is nice felt homey for sure. There could be improvements in the house itself but its nothing major major and it would have been nice to know that there are stairs to be taken as we had a senior . Overall it was nice the back view is great, quiet neighborhood.
