Built on the site of an ancient Roman marble quarry, there are no immediate neighbors, so there is little to disturb you. It is an ideal choice for families and nature, culture and food enthusiasts. The villa is set on 2 levels, the ground floor comprising a large living room with dining and kitchen area with access to a 90 m2 wooden deck. In the living room, you can enjoy the large flat screen TV during your leisure time. The beautiful travertine staircase leads to the first floor with 4 bedrooms each with en suite bathroom and the sea views. The fifth bedroom with en suite bathroom is located on the ground floor.

The guests have access to the whole private house with 5 bedrooms and 5 en-suite bathrooms.

The 6000 square meter garden is fenced and gated for the private use of the guests and the owner. The guests share the garden and the swimming pool with the owner.
There is a separate, second house in the garden which sometimes the owners use.

The bathroom towels and bed linens are provided and included in the price.

The number of persons present at the property at all times (adults and children) must not exceed the maximum 10 of sleeping places indicated in our villa description.
