Perfect Beach House! Large 3/2w/ Heated Pool Included, Tiki, Bikes, 2M to Beach

Completely renovated modern style, beach home in the heart of Pompano Beach. You could be the first to stay in this beautifully appointed 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home, just renovated in March of 2018. Everything is new! Large travertine patio area with 30'x15' heated pool with covered Lanai and fan so you can get out of the heat and lounge on plush patio furniture. Property also has a new tropical Tiki Hut with comfortable patio furniture, hammock chairs and stereo. Need a little sun, there are ample chaise lounges and comfortable Adirondack chairs around the pool. Want a little exercise, this property includes 6 Beach Cruiser Style Bikes and 1 Kids bike.


Kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need and the house has a full size washer and dryer. The home can comfortably accommodate 6 people. The guest bedrooms have queen size beds and the master has a king size bed. 50" TV's are in the Master Bedroom and Family Room and a 40" TV is is in the extra family room . The extra family room has sliding glass door entry and window views of the pool patio with a large leather sectional couch, Hi-top table for games or evening drinks, a 40" television and a book shelf stocked with many novels . All TV's are Samsung Smart TV's so popular subscriptions like NetFlix, ShowTimeGo, YouTube, HBOGo and others are available. WiFi is available on the entire property.

The home is located within 2 miles of the beach and takes less than 10 minutes to arrive and enjoy the world famous Pompano Beach. There are many restaurants, shopping and other entertainment within minutes of your vacation get-away.

Property is pet friendly but there is a pet fee of $100 per pet and we have a weight limit of 40lbs per pet.

Great place to stay! close to the ocean and Pompano Beach Pier as well as many other establishments. House had all the amenities and then some. Bikes, beach gear, coolers, towels, etc. Plenty of space in the house, favorite room was the back room to the pool, pool itself, and tiki area. Hosts John & Stacy were great!!!

Very nice house that felt like home from the day we checked in. The kids loved the pool and variety of outdoor seating areas. Two separate living room areas so the kids could have their own space. Split bedroom design so plenty of privacy for the adults from the children. Very clean, well maintained and in a nice residential neighborhood with easy access driving to the beach. Would highly recommend for any family.

We had a very pleasant stay at this property. Everything that was advertised was exactly as described. The house was clean, comfortable, and well equipped. The hosts, John and Stacy, were very accommodating and responsive throughout our stay. The pool area was fantastic, clean, warm, and perfect for relaxing at any time of day. We also appreciated how close the house was to the beach and the thoughtful touches that made it feel like home. We would definitely stay here again.

My husband and I stayed here for a week and absolutely loved it! The house was so cozy and comfortable, and it truly felt like a home away from home. The location couldn’t have been better—so convenient to everything we wanted to do, but still nice and relaxing when we came back in the evenings. We especially loved having the bikes and beach gear available—it made our trip that much more fun and easy. We’re already talking about when we can come back!

We have stayed at numerous rental properties over the years and i can honestly say this was our favorite. From the moment we walked in the front where to a personal greeting we immediately felt at home. The home was spotless and everything was labeled which made it easy to find things and put away dishes. By far our favorite part was the backyard. The pool was great and the tiki hut was the perfect place to relax at the end of the day. It's obvious that the owners take pride in their property. We will definitely stay again.

The house was amazing. There was so much room for all of us. Pool area was perfect. The kids had a blast. The house has everything you could think of having available to use. The neighborhood is nice, and property is very well maintained. The owners take a lot of pride to make you feel welcome and had a nice welcome basket for us. The house had beach chairs and umbrellas that you can take to the beach and there was a cooler we could use as well. 15 min drive with traffic to Ft. Lauderdale, around the same for Pompano Beach. Would highly recommend this house to rent. We will definitely be back.

Great house for family get away!

The house had everything we needed and fit our family well. Everything was very well maintained and very nice. The pool and outdoor space were awesome! If you wanted the sun you could sit in the sun if you needed shade there were plenty of spots for shade. The tiki hut was very cute and a fun space to eat and relax. The location a short drive to the beach and good restaurants.

Relaxing vacation!

Had an amazing family vacation at The Perfect Beach House! The property was very clean and equipped with all kitchen and beach necessities. Loved having the beach chairs, beach umbrellas, and bikes available for our entire family of 6! The owner was very quick to respond to any questions or requests! Thanks for a relaxing stay!

Vacation pool house

The house was very clean and well appointed. The pool was refreshing with different areas in the backyard to sit and relax. I brought my two small dogs and they enjoyed themselves and were very comfortable. The water pressure was great in the second bathroom. However, the shower head was not adjustable and sprayed everywhere. The beds were a little high for short people. The TV kept turning off and freezing. Just a couple of minor issues. All in all, a great house to stay at and well worth the money. I will definitely stay there again.

Relaxing and Refreshing

Lovely little home with all the necessities for a calming and rejuvenating trip to South Florida. The pool was awesome. The little one learned to swim and do cannonballs. He did not want to leave when the time came.

Perfect For Our Needs

We had a very nice time during our stay. Aside from the cleanliness, pool, outdoor amenities and ample parking for the vehicles we had, there were some things that made this place stand out.Every possible kitchen item we needed was available! From a coffee makers to utensils to plates and glasses, everything was at our disposal.All-in-all, this was an outstanding place!

Our stay was really nice. Clean, organized, modern home and had everything you'd need! We didn't love having backyard cameras and the upper pool filter never worked while we were there, so the pool had bits of debris constantly. But overall a wonderful time!

This property offers a wide range of amenities as highlighted in their online description. The pool area is exceptional and we swam everyday before or after other activities. The kitchen was well stocked, and the beds were extremely comfortable - a must on any vacation. Food shopping and fitness center are both nearby. We are golfers, and there were numerous golf courses in the area. Overall, it was an extremely enjoyable experience.

Winter Escape

Stacy and John are welcoming hosts who care for their property and it shows. They work to make sure your needs are met. This was our 2nd year experiencing our escape from the snowy north in this home, and the house, the pool and general location are perfect for those seeking to escape the north. We are already counting months and days until we return next January!

We would give it 6 stars if we could!

Just an overall perfect stay. The house was up to date, immaculately clean, and perfectly furnished. The pool was warm, clean, and easy for grandma to get in and out of thanks to the stairs. The bbq was great and there were tons of outdoor chairs, and the garage was stocked with everything you need for a day at the beach. An absolutely perfect home for our week away!

As frequent users of vacation rentals ourselves for over the last 20 years, we learned quickly what we liked and didn't like when we stayed at different destinations. We got to a point where when we traveled, we had to stay in a vacation rental and had a hard time staying at hotels, even the finer ones. From our own personal experiences and John's professional experience in the hospitality industry, we felt we could put together an incredible vacation experience for families or friends that would be second to none. Give us a try, you won't be disappointed!

We've lived in Pompano Beach for 25 years and love what this area has to offer. We have raised two kids in this area and the house is literally down the street from our home. We found this house as we were riding bikes through the neighborhood and it looked like it was a perfect candidate for our vacation rental adventure. The house has a classic split plan layout with with large bedrooms and a huge pool. The basic layout was great but it needed a lot of TLC so we got to work in December 2017 and finished the project in March 2018. We think we've captured modern design with a homey, comfortable feel that should make all guests feel like they are at home but in a tropical setting. As mentioned, we have exclusively stayed in vacation rentals for the last 20 years during which time we made note of the likes and dislikes. With this experience, we made sure we included all the essentials, the basics and the "wow's" into our property features. We think you'll like what we've done.

Location, Back-Yard and Spacious. This house is very centrally located near the beach, dining and activities. Its near everything! The backyard has a large travertine patio, huge heated pool and a shaded lanai. The patio furniture is comfortable and has a large dining table that seat 6-8. The entire house is very open and spacious. All the bedrooms are big with ample closet space, the kitchen is modern and large and the family room is sizable. The house is perfect for a larger family or group of friends.
