The only thing I did not like was paying for parking and you stayed there. An so I had to pay for two car .if they gonna charge for parking at less give a free pass for the second csr

Love it

Clean, comfortable and great communication - this place is excellent! Restaurants are within walking distance, and it's right on the beach. It's definitely a place I would return to.

Easy access to the beach! Plenty of room for our goeup. I was surprised by the popcorn celings and NO overhead lighting or fans. No beach towels provided. Mattress in King bedroom needs to be replaced it seemed old and not comfortable. I think it was too pricey for what we got. Just my opinion

Loved being on the 1st floor and using the stairs. Note: even though you are renting a unit at this complex, you must pay for parking. And you are allowed one vehicle per unit, even a 3 bedroom unit. You don't find this out till after you book a unit at this complex. It's a HOA rule. And even when you pay for your one parking spot, unfortunately other vehicles take a chance of parking without paying and the parking lot fills rather fast only to return from going somewhere and not having a place to park. The security person was very helpful in making a place for our vehicle. I wouldn't want his job manning the parking lot. Beach was beautiful and enjoyed the pool. On another note: if your freezer ice maker isn't keeping up, there isn't an ice machine onsite however they do sell bags of ice for 7. Bring ice trays.

Convenient location and no problems other than the dryer would not work. They did send a repairman out but it was unreliable.

Great Location Older Property

Great location! I would stay here again! The property is older, but the location is worth it. Had some trouble with the key pad, but the management company was very responsive!
