Perfect for everything Norman and OKC!!! Family Friendly w/Swimming Pool! Graduation, OU Sports, OKC Fair Grounds, Horse Shows, Thunder Basketball, Emergency Housing, close to Southwinds Hill Event Center & Riverwind Casino. 
Spacious open floorplan, 4 Bed/4 Bath, 2 Living areas, family-friendly neighborhood, 6 miles to University of Oklahoma (OU), easy access to I-35 and OKC, restaurants, CVS, shopping all conveniently located. 
Perfect for short-term family dislocation due to fire, flood, tornado, remodel, construction of primary home, new home closing delays. The design of this home is very open and free-flowing with lots of windows that allow natural sunlight. The home has two patios and is excellent for outdoor living by the swimming pool in the backyard. Perfect for family and friend gatherings.
Guests have full use of the private home, yard, and pool. The owner has a few personal items stored in the garage.  I or my assistant will greet you at the home upon arrival to orientate you to the home. This is a NON-SMOKING home. Located in a family-friendly, quiet community. You will see people on the sidewalks walking their dogs.  The home is located at the end of a cul-de-sac which minimizes traffic. I-35 is very close,  allowing quick access to Oklahoma City, 15-20 minutes, depending upon traffic and specific location. There are several popular restaurants nearby for a relaxing evening or weekend outing.

Great dog-friendly stay

Property was one of the cleanest rentals we’ve stayed in, and Dan was very responsive with any questions we had. The patio smells wonderful with the wisteria vines, great spot for morning coffee.

Perfect house for large groups. At the beginning we had a few minor issues and the owners were very responsive and addressed them right away. We stayed there for seven days and were comfortable the whole time. Very quiet neighborhood and a great location close to everything. The backyard is the best part if you just wanna hang out and relax with friends and family. Great house and highly recommend if in the area.

Nice place and good, quiet location for 1-2 families

Overall really good property with ample room for 1-2 families. Pool was nice and having a garage and overhang to pull into was appreciated during the storm that passed through.

We were impressed with the well thought out details in the rooms and common areas. it was nice there were toys in one room and also games.We appreciated the high chair as well. It was so hot we mostly stayed inside. We used the grill, which was nice to have on site.

Great property! Clean and homey. The beds are all very comfortable. Stayed here twice now with a family of 6 and everyone has plenty of room. Highly recommend!

The house could use a renovation and the yard needed to be mowed, but the location was pretty good, although further from OU campus than advertised. We had to buy hand soap and bath soap, so make sure you bring your own.

Lol, Cheryl, Cheryl, Karen. Clearly you are angry about OU beating Auburn 24/17 in the football game. Also I suspect your angry being denied a late checkout that you requested at my home. This is your classless retaliatory "Karen" moment. I know all fans of Auburn do not act this way. I met some great ones at the stadium. BTW, the OU campus is the as advertised distance from the home. There is liquid bath soaps at the home. And the lawn crew come on a weekly basis to service the yard. Please don't spew lies about host homes. The prior 87 5-STAR reviews speak for themselves. Host work hard and invest a lot of money & time to create a great experience for travelers. Please show some respect. Boomer Sooner!

Great neighborhood. Clean home with plenty of room. Everything we needed! Dan extremely easy to rent from! Little chilly for the pool but we’re able to enjoy the hot tub. Thanks for your hospitality!

When traveling I prefer staying at comfortable locations with the accommodations that I'm used too. For me, I like clean open space with contemporary furnishings and comfortable beds. I appreciate an outdoor living area that is relaxing and offers grilling or BBQing. A patio with a nice swimming pool, grill and green space makes me happy. That is what this home offers.
