We completely renovated our ocean front condo in 2019 with quartz counter tops, shaker style cabinets and new stainless appliances in the kitchen, new living, dining and bedroom furniture, new flooring, ginormous TV, new drapes, bedding, lighting, paint and more! It's modern, crisp, casual , clean and comfortable - a true sanctuary! We've provided lots of home conveniences and plenty of storage for you to bring your own comforts from home. Located in the heart of MB we are short walks to many restaurants, coffee shops, bars, convention center, boardwalk and much more!

You can enjoy the most amazing sunrises (and sunsets!) and watch dolphin swim the shoreline from our private balcony; relax in the indoor and outdoor pools and hot tubs; snuggle up with a good book in one of many lounge chairs located in the resort's beautifully landscaped, oceanfront lawn; and walk a couple blocks to a variety of neighborhood restaurants, coffee, donut and ice cream shops and wine bars! We are less than 10 blocks to Myrtle Beach's famous boardwalk and Sky Wheel, a half mile from the convention center, and less than a mile from Broadway at the Beach and Myrtle Beach Pelican baseball field!

Kitchen features brand new quartz counter tops and shaker cabinets, eat-up bar, new stainless stove and microwave and freshly painted walls. It's fully equipped with refrigerator, dishwasher, range, microwave, coffee maker, pots, pans, utensils galore and much more! For those who prefer taking a vacation from kitchen duty, ask about our favorite restaurants within walking distance of our condo!

LR has a brand new, modern, queen sleeper-sofa, a 55" flat screen TV and a cute little breakfast nook with access to our private balcony overlooking the ocean - you can see dolphin swimming in the ocean without having to leave your seat!

BR has a brand new, super comfy king sized bed, flat screen TV, nice sized closet and 2 dressers for storing your belongings!

Bathroom is clean and bright with tub/shower combo, dual vanities and freshly painted cabinets and walls.

1 Bedroom Apt

This 1 bedroom apartment is ideal for my husband and I. We have stayed at this property 4 times so far. Steve and Sarah provided everything you will need while at your home away from home. We will be back in June.

Spring Break 2023

Myrtle Beach was beautiful. The room was nice, and we had everything we needed. This room is on the 14th floor… which was a little more quiet then the room we stayed in last year. But, only one set of elevators go up to this high of floor. The bed was comfortable…. The pull out couch is in need of some updates, sleeping on springs for several nights was not comfortable. Nicely decorated, and the kitchen was well stocked!!

Great location with spectacular views

Place was as described with fantastic views. The kitchen had everything we needed when we did cook in. Location couldn't have been better. Close to everything we went. Highly recommend this unit. Check in and communication was easy. There were plenty of easy access places to park across the street. Indoor pool was like bath water and hot tubs just the right temperature. If we ever return to Myrtle Beach this would be our first choice. Thanks for a great vacation.

A little uncomfortable with the bedroom right inside the front door. Condo was very cold, unable to adjust temperature. Otherwise an excellent stay.

Relaxing Vacation

Very relaxing visit. Loved the glider chairs on the balcony. Great spot to watch the waves. Beautiful beach & pool. Lots of restaurants within walking distance

My husband and I took a weekend getaway for his birthday and we stumbled across this amazing cozy apartment with an amazing view. We woke up to see the sun rising. We will definitely come back again.

Good location for walking

Myrtle beach in general is pretty rundown in the tourist area of this condo- BUT the condo is in a great spot to walk. Thats just our personal opinion and we wont be returning to the area. Not the owners fault. The balconies are VERY close, you can hold hands with your neighbor. I thought i didnt want one with the wall on the sides but i've learned thats not true. Someone was smoking two balconies down and I would have asked him to stop but I feared he could easily hop the two balconies and let me know his feelings about it. The unit itself was clean, nicely decorated. Like some other reviews mentioned the AC is VERY loud, but i had ear plugs with me . Indoor pool and laundry was closed for repairs. Nice selection of kitchen things provided by owner if you would like to cook. We had instacart delivered and met them out front. Walking distance to liquor store. If you read reviews of the building online, keep in mind that owner condos are taken care of buy the owner so most of the reviews dont pertain to them. I know we were nervous about that but our unit was clean and taken care of. The property doesnt have many amenities but i think thats fairly reflected in the price we paid to rent. Owners have great communication and the keyless entry is a nice feature for sure.

Comfortable, Clean and Beautiful View

My husband and I were very grateful for our experience. We had all the space we needed. Everything was clean, comfortable, and the views of the beach were the best part! We loved our stay and would definitely come back whenever we are in Myrtle Beach!

Pros: beach front location, free/easy parking, tasteful decor, owners were responsive Cons: would be helpful to have beach items in condo (cooler, quality beach chairs, large beach towels), believe the water heater was broken - did not have warm/hot water over 3 days.

Great location with awesome views!

The condo was clean and tidy. The property managers were extremely helpful with check-in. The best part about the condo is the view. You are up high with a clear view of the beach and ocean for miles. It’s also close to shops and restaurants within walking distance.

The condo and facilities were amazing! The views are breathtaking. Location was perfect. We had a few snags and Sarah and Steve were in constant communications. They are absolutely wonderful! Highly recommend

Clean, Convenient, Great Location!

Weekend getaway for my wife and I and our 3 year old son. 1 bedroom condo very clean unit, satisfied with COVID-19 cleanliness. Unit has a small kitchen, and patio that overlooks the beach - beautiful view. Condo is beachside. Also has an indoor pool and an outdoor pool if you don't want to deal with the sand. Walking distance to boardwalk as well as breakfast places. Would definitely book again.

LOVED IT

Had an AMAZING time at this location. Beautiful view of the ocean and easy ocean access. There is a lot to do around this location and it easy to walk places and/or really short Uber/Lyft rides. The room was spotless, adorable, and perfect for a getaway to Myrtle Beach. Steve and Sarah are incredibly easy to work with. I would totally recommend staying here!!

We are outdoor enthusiasts living in NC with our children and pet chickens :). We grew up vacationing in Myrtle Beach and one of our lifelong dreams was to have our own place at the beach. Christmas 2016, we took the plunge and made that dream come true. We had such a great time renovating and renting it, we decided to dive back into the real estate market and get another. We never tire of the amazing views from our condo - we see dolphin swimming by all the time. If there is one thing that can drag us out of bed early Saturday morning, it's seeing the sun rise. And if there's one thing that can lull us to sleep, it's the roar of the waves.

Walking the beach, biking the boardwalk, surfing the waves, swimming in the onsite pools, riding the Sky Wheel, shopping the outlet malls, Broadway on the Beach, and Pelican's minor league baseball are all just a stone's throw from our unit. You can do as much or as little as you want! (just an fyi, It's tradition to end each night with a soak in the hot tub.)

We are die hard foodies and are amazed by the variety of places within a few blocks walking distance of our condo - seafood, pizza, pancake houses (Harry's is our favorite), wine bars, Starbucks, Indian, Thai, Krispy Kreme... The choices are endless
