Luxury 3 bedroom 2 bath Condo in World Golf Village. Quiet location near pool.



This fantastic getaway condo is located in the EXCLUSIVE King & Bear community of World Golf Village! Sleeps 6 ( 3 bedrooms each with a king size bed ) and comes fully furnished with a full kitchen, in-unit laundry, basic cable TV, and free wifi. In addition to the Golf Courses, enjoy access to the Private Fitness Center, Beautiful Pools and Hot Tub, Tennis Courts, and on-site Circles of Wellness Spa! Conveniently located a short 30 min. drive from the beach, downtown St. Augustine, Southside Jacksonville, and lots of other local attractions!
Rates are $1185 per night and are discounted for weekly (7 nights) and monthly (30 nights) rentals. Please inquire with owner about these discounts. We are dog friendly but inquire before booking. There are some breed and size restrictions imposed by the condo association. Also, a picture of your dog is required and a copy of current shot records is mandatory.

Christmas away was like Christmas at home!

We visited my parents and had enough space to cook a Christmas dinner in this well equipped kitchen! We all enjoyed the space, walking the grounds and location is close to everything!

Nice and spacious.

The condo was very nice and spacious. Kitchen has lots of counter space, if you're into cooking. Beautiful location. I would book it again.

It was exactly what we needed

It was a great home, clean and warm. Easy access to surrounding golf courses and attractions. Miscommunication from VRBO and renter keeps it from being 5 star review. Would ABSOLUTELY stay here again.

Wonderful

The condo is wonderful and was perfect for us and our three little ones. Pool is only a 2-minute walk with toddlers (very close) and shopping is convenient across the street from the main entrance. The World Golf Village is amazing. Loved it!

Beautifully Spacious Property

Our family had a lovely stay. The unit was ideal for our family of 6 with lots of living area and king size beds in all three bedrooms. The condo was very clean and even nicer than the pictures. The grounds were beautiful and we loved the amenities available to us less than a mile up the road - heated pool even in January, playground and lighted pickleball courts. Julie was a great host and responded quickly to all our questions. We loved our stay!

Great location and property

I have had horrible experiences with renting property in past. Was great very clean, the 3 king beds were super comfortable. We had friends visit us for couple nights and they even were amazed at property and beds. Also hard to find pet friendly properties. So we were very happy we could bring our lab.

Beautiful Property

We were amazed by this lovely condo. The accommodation was spacious and spotless and well stocked. The kitchen was wonderful to cook in with plenty of pots, pans, dishes. The mattresses are new and very comfortable. The location of the property was close to amenities yet felt quiet and secluded. The owner, Julie, was great and even helped us find a vet when I tripped over my dog. The pools were very nice with comfy lounge chairs. The restaurant at the golf course, in walking distance, was casual with great food.

Wonderful, relaxing stay

The apartment was immaculate, and the furnishings were beautiful and comfortable. We enjoyed the balcony every day. It has a lovely view of greenery and is shaded most of the time. The amenities were great, too. The heated pool was nearby and the hot tub was a 2 minute walk from the apartment. The kitchen was well appointed for cooking as well. The sheets were very soft and luxurious , the beds were super comfortable. In addition, was convenient to shopping, restaurants and downtown. We highly recommend the apartment and Julie, the owner, who was helpful and immediately responded to any questions.

A Wonderful Experience

We had a truly lovely stay here. We were purchasing a home in the area and looking for temporary lodging prior to our closing. We had been living at a hotel and it was far too crowded. This accommodation was absolutely perfect for our needs. There was tons of space to spread out and put away our two car loads of belongings. The property was extremely cleanly and well appointed. We also loved the community itself, which offered excellent security and fantastic amenities like a gorgeous pool and gym. The host was also very accommodating and responsive. I cannot say enough good things about my stay and would recommend this property to all!

Great condo in St. Augustine

Our stay at the condo was fantastic! We loved the easy, relatively private access to the outside via the end-of-hallway staircase down to the exit. Very useful for dog outings! Communication with Julie was easy and quick. The amenities at Laterra and at the neighboring King and Bear were top-notch. The condo was spacious for our family of 6 and dog, beds were very comfortable, and kitchen area well stocked with cookware, plates, etc. The porch off the living room was not large enough for us all to gather nor eat on, but there were other places to do so in the complex if that was desired. Julie was great, very accommodating, helpful with questions and an overall great owner with whom to work.

Nice condo

The condo was clean and nice. Almosrt every room had lights out. All bedroom and bathroom doors had no functional locks half bath door won't latch. The half bath fan is too loud to use. The damaged refrigerator really reflected poorly for the overall quality. Having had multiple rental properties in st augustine myself these details hurt.

Hi James: Thank you so much for letting me know about the maintenance issues. I have been out of town and have not been in the unit for several weeks. I did find 2 lights out and they have been replaced. In the master bedroom the lamp was unplugged but does have a bulb that works. I did not find any other lights out. We have never had locks on our bedroom doors and have not seen a need for these. I’m sorry you found this inconvenient. The bathroom doors have been adjusted so they do lock. There was actually only one that didn’t lock. The fan in the bathroom will be replaced. Again, thank you for letting us know about some maintenance issues that can easily be taken care of. We are the Sellers' Family and live in St Augustine. Steve grew up off of Long Island, New York. When he agreed to live in the midwest the only requirement was to go to the beach every summer. We have spent many vacations along the Atlantic coast and have picked St Augustine as our home because it is near the Atlantic Coast. Our children Shae, Mac (and wife Melissa) and Skylar love the beach, too.

This property works for us because Steve loves golf - he's a golf coach. We can enjoy the condo and all the amenities and still be a short drive to the beach. We also have friends here and family in Orlando. And, in 2022, we made St Augustine our permanent residence. We built a new home close to the condo and are nearby to help make your stay go smoothly.

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

We hope you love Laterra Condominiums and the King and Bear Community as much as we do. We enjoy the pools, fitness center and walking trails the most. Evenings at home are great because of the quiet, serene atmosphere around our building. Many times we feel that we are the only ones in the building because it is so quiet.
