Just 50 meters from the beach of Platamona, Villa Eden Beach is the ideal home for those who want to spend time in contact with nature and the sea.

The beach is literally under the house.

The house, with four bedrooms and two bathrooms, with ground pine kitchen facing the veranda, is ideal for 8/10 people and is on 2 floors connected by an internal staircase.

Villa Eden Beach

It stands in a privileged position, directly on the white beach of Platamona. Immersed in the green of pines and junipers that reach the sea, overlooking the island of Asinara, in the Eden Beach village
The village consists of numerous villas where the reception and catering services are located and residential units surrounded by greenery where the villas are located.

It is a small village, ideal for a relaxing and fun holiday for both adults and families with children.

In the village, a short distance from the house, there is a basketball court and a playground for children, together with the kiosk and the beach bar.

A short distance from the village there is a small shop and several restaurants and pizzerias.

BEDROOMS 4

Inside the villa there are a total of 4 bedrooms, three upstairs and a double downstairs, for a total of 10 beds).
For our guests we provide a baby bed and a high chair.

BATHROOMS 2
In the house, on each floor there is a bathroom with shower and a washing machine.

KITCHENS 1
On the ground floor of the house there is a fully equipped kitchen.

The house is furnished with extreme care and is very bright thanks to the large windows overlooking the garden. In the hall on the ground floor there are large windows that overlook the covered veranda giving a beautiful view of the garden.

GARDEN
The garden is furnished with sofas, tables and chairs, deck chairs, umbrellas, barbecue and outdoor shower.

The villa and the garden are completely fenced with 1 private parking space. The house offers direct access to the private and equipped beach, reachable via a private road just 50 meters from the house.

The area where the villa is located is very quiet, but not isolated, as there are numerous villas inhabited throughout the year and that this house is a portion of the villa and not the entire villa

Relaxing stay

Eden Beach is great as it is a quiet beach, shallow and safe for kids. It may not be the prettiest, but it has a lot of space, is long and has perfect sandy bottom. The house was as expected, could be upgraded with a few ceiling fans for the excessive heat. It was practical and very near the house.

Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen ein schönes Haus und ein wunderschöner Garten haben uns aussergewöhnlic

Es hat uns sehr gefallen auch die Nähe zum Meer und der grosse Garten mit vielen Ecken wo man auch als Gruppe Mal für dich sein kann Ein manco ist für die Größe der Wohnung ist der Kühlschrank viel zu klein auch der Wasserkocher ist für 10 Personen nicht ausreichend Auch die Töpfe sind zu klein Man müsste das der Größe der Wohnung anpassen

Entspannter Urlaub

Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Ferienhaussiedlung, gleich hinterm Strand. Man kann direkt aus dem Meer zur Gartendusche gehen. Der Garten und die Terrassen bieten viele kleine Plätze zum lesen und rasten. Die Kinder fanden ihn großartig zum spielen. Der Strand ist nicht so schön wie manch andere auf der Insel, aber das Wasser ist klar und es gibt keine Schirme und wenig Menschen (zumindest im September). Wir haben stundenlang Sandburgen gebaut. Restaurants gibt es in der näheren Umgebung (fußläufig) nur wenige, mit kleinen Kindern ist es allerdings eh entspannter beim Haus zu grillen. Es gibt 2 kleine Bars. Boogie boards und Sonnenschirme sind beim Haus dabei. Das Haus besteht aus 2 Wohneinheiten und ist sehr nett gestaltet, perfekt für 2 Familien. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und haben ein paar gute Ausflugstipps!

Très bon séjour très proche de la mer beaucoup de plages ds les environs villa sécurisée avec barrière à l entrée avec carte pour rentrer villa bien équipée bon couchages oreillers sur place serviettes de toilettes sur place

Très bien

La location est à l'étage de la maison, tout est très propre, bien aménagé. Nous avions accès à une partie du jardin bien aménagé avec parasol, deux transats, une douche extérieure très pratique après la plage une table, un hamac. La plage est vraiment à 50 mètres, c est une grande plage de sable, large il y a toujours de la place pour se poser et c 'est adapté pour les jeunes enfants. La maison est dans un village fermé sécurisé où il y a certains soirs des animations donc un peu de bruit mais pas vraiment gênant. Les commerces sont assez loin il faut prendre la voiture et aller à sorso. Les propriétaires vivent en bas de la maison ils sont sympathiques discrets et généreux. Fabio nous a donné de bons conseils pour visiter et des bonnes adresses de restaurants. Nous avons passé de très belles vacances.

La photo montre bien la maison et sa localisation à 50 m de la mer. On est pas sur les plus belles plages de Sardaigne mais c'est plutôt bien. La seule chose c'est qu'il faut comprendre que l'on est dans un village vacances entouré d'autres habitations et 20 m sous les fenêtres passe une route intérieure du village vacances oû de 21h 30 à 1 h du mamatin circulent à pied des jeunes assez bruyants. Si l'on cherche un coin calme et sauvage c'est loupé. Si l'on cherche un coin fermé, sécurisé avec activités pour ados c'est adapté. Sinon l'appartement sur l'étage de la maison est bien sauf pour le matelas de la chambre double ouest qui était pour moitié totalement abîmé et les lattes du sommier sautaient regulierement.

Soggiorno sublime a 28 secondi dal mare , ed il confort degli spazi interni ed esterni ottimi.

Soggiorno in perfetto relax, a pochi secondi dal mare, con un are picnic sotto i ginepri dove si può comodamente pranzare, sdraio amache e prato esterno ha contribuito ad una vacanza al top. la posizione della villa è ottimale per visitare i siti in zona, servita anche da ottimi ristoranti griglierie e pizzerie nelle vicinanze.

Lage super! Haus nicht so toll!

Die Lage des Hauses ist sehr gut (in 100 Meter bereits am Strand). Das Haus ist eine Doppelhaushälfte und kein alleinstehendes Haus. Das Möbiliar ist bereits älter, die Zimmer sauber. Das Bad schon ziemlich abgenutzt. Die Ausstattung (Geschirr und co.) sind in Ordnung. Der Garten ist eher in einem desolaten Zustand. Der Besitzer, Antonello, ein sehr netter Herr. Wir fanden das Preis / Leistungsverhältnis nicht gut. Hierfür war das Haus nicht in dem erwarteten Zustand.

Your review is the first one we have had which has not been 4 or 5 stars, so we take your comments very seriously. We own many houses and we try hard to maintain our properties to the highest standards realistically possible. We try to keep our pricing competitive which means we can never reach the levels of a luxury hotel but we think that our apartments are a very good standard, incredible locations, and that is nearly always the feedback we receive. I am sorry that we did not meet your expectations on this occasion. Please, try to understand, you paid an incredible cheep price. What you were expecting more? Actually the nearby camping is more expensive :) Anyway, thanks for your suggestion, we will try to learn and improve everyday specially from other point of view.

Super Lage zum kilometerlangen Strand

Gut ausgestattetes Ferienhaus in einem abgeschlossenen Feriendorf - tolle Terrasse - nette Vermieter - im Umkreis von 1 Autostunde weitere tolle Strände und Besichtigungsmöglichkeiten.

Ferienhaus zum Seele-Baumeln-Lassen

Meine Freunde und ich - fünf Jungs im fortgeschrittenen Alter - haben in diesem Ferienhaus zwei unbeschwerte und ruhige Urlaubswochen verbracht. Hier kann man so richtig einfach mal nur die Seele baumeln lassen. Aber auch für Ausflüge in den Norden Sardiniens ist das Haus aufgrund seiner zentralen Lage an der Nordwestküste der Insel ideal. Die Vermieter waren sehr bemüht, all unseren Wünschen gerecht zu werden, auch wenn sich die Verständigung in beiderseitig radebrechendem Englisch etwas schwierig gestaltete. So wurden extra für uns eine WLAN-Verbindung eingerichtet und ein Ständer zum Wäschetrocknen besorgt. Früh morgens oder am Abend mal kurz für eine halbe Stunde runter zum Meer um eine Runde zu schwimmen? Kein Problem: Dauert nur zwei Minuten! Anschließend kann man sich unter der Gartendusche das Salz abwaschen und es sich in einem schattigen Plätzchen auf dem Liegestuhl gemütlich machen. Besonders hervorzuheben ist auch der gemauerte Grill im Garten, auf dem wir mehrmals gegrillt und sogar Pizza gebacken haben. Alles in allem war unser Urlaub in Eden Beach rundum gelungen und wir können dieses Feriendomizil jederzeit weiterempfehlen.

Very nice directly at the beach

Nice traditional vacation home. Typical sardegna style. Nice furniture. Very friendly owner ( free welcome biscuits, water, fruits). Free internet.
