This upscale 2 bedroom 2 bath ocean front unit has been totally remodeled with all new furnishings throughout. Now featuring king beds in each bedroom. Elegantly decorated for those with discriminating tastes. Every room in this unit looks at the ocean, so prepare to be surrounded by water. This complex offers tennis/pickle ball courts by the ocean on a huge sundeck and a roof top restaurant 'The Top of Daytona'. It is also right next to the Shores Resort & Spa offering full spa services just steps away from your front door.
Both Elevators have been totally rebuilt, they are High speed and super smooth. With only 4 condos per floor service is very quick.

The property was good. Had lots of activities to do at the location. The beach access was good. The beds are comfy. The condo does need some updating. The TVs are not the best at all overall good places to stay.

I wish you had contacted us during your stay about the TV. They were all smart TVs put in in 2021. But when I went up today the living room TV was doing some strange stuff. So I replaced it and I'm installing a new one tomorrow. Had I known of the issue I would have done that when you were here.

The unit itself was cute with a great view. However, the property was not smoke free. It smelled of marijuana at the pool deck, on our balcony (from the balcony above), and in the elevators and hallways. Our hallway was so strong it was coming in the room and we had to put damp towels down to block the door. And the neighbors blasted music. We thought we were renting an upscale place that would be nice. It's sad that such a cute room is still just in Daytona overpriced party hotel. We were not able to use any facilities because the smoke was so bad everywhere. We did reach out to the property manager who told us that it was a "holiday weekend and there was nothing they could do". Disappointing rental.

You came in over Labor Day Weekend, which is the unofficial end to summer and unfortunately, for some, a time to party. We had no such marijuana issues in our unit on the 5th floor. You really should only rate the condo, not what guests beyond our control may have been doing. Florida legalized medical marijuana, and that has opened up more usage and reduced police enforcement to limit recreational use. When you rent a condo, it’s individually owned, and the owner only has control over the units they own or manage. If you had come the week before or after you would not have had the marijuana issue. Our guests before and after had no such problems. I don’t understand why you couldn’t use the pool deck or other amenities. No smoking OF ANY kind is allowed in the common area or on the pool deck. If there would have been any lingering odder, it would have been blown away by the ocean breeze. For readers please look at our other reviews!

Above and beyond are expectations,gorgeous view, had everything we needed for a comfortable stay,check in was great with a walk through showing us everything. Definitely would want to stay here again

Super Views

This condo offers two large master suites, well stocked kitchen, and roomy living space! We spent 3 great weeks there and will definitely stay there again when in the Daytona area.

Great Stay

Love this condo. Everything is just exactly as described. Owners and staff are very responsive to questions and or requests. This is my second stay and will be booking again for next year. Great vacation before the snow flies in Buffalo!

All about the view and location

Can’t beat the view of the Atlantic Ocean and the intercoastal waterway and downtown Daytona beach from the balcony. Condo is nicely furnished. Building is very clean. Lots of great restaurants and shopping within a short drive. Much quieter area than Daytona beach.

Better than the pictures

This condo exceeded my expectations. Very clean and free of clutter. Having a view from the balcony and both bedrooms was the icing on the cake. We will be back.

Very Nice Condo!

We had a great stay! This was our second time renting this condo. The condo is clean, well appointed, and the views are fantastic. The unit matches the pictures. The host is very responsive and easy to work with. Look forward to staying here again!

Best View on the Beach

This condo was everything I hoped it would be. It is beautifully decorated and has gorgeous views. This condo is in a great location and has all the amenities you need. It definitely has the best views on the beach. My daughters and I had a wonderful and relaxing week there. We will definitely go back. Carmen and Dennis are great to work with.

Great stay

Everything was as shown. No surprises. Great process for checking in and walking us through the building. Place was very clean, well cared for, and beautiful views. Would recommend it to anyone and would not hesitate to return.

Does not Disappoint

Our second time renting here and once again the expectations were exceeded. Property is clean, spacious and comfortable. You cannot beat the view either; it's spectacular. Owner was communicative and was very helpful when last minute the pool was closed for maintenance. Highly recommend if visiting the area and looking for a home away from home atmosphere.

Super relaxing time

The sunrises are spectacular and the balcony is so relaxing. The unit is clean, nice and fully outfitted with everything you need for your stay. Bringing or renting bikes is an absolute must. You can ride on the beach for 10 miles in both directions with great restaurants on the water and on A1A, parks, nature preserves. Riding to all of them is very fun. It can get windy at times so e-bikes are what we use. Downtown Daytona is just a few miles away. A very easy ride. You have to experience the Daytona Riverfront Esplanade. A very beautiful park. There are also a bunch of fun shops on North Beach Street.

Jeep Beach

Condo was so clean, updated, & cool. Every appliance we needed was present. The extra fans in the closet helped a lot also for when the air went down for one day while we were visiting. The beds were so comfy. It’s a great area & no safety issues. The key fob went down during our stay & the building manager graciously let us borrow one of his so I wouldn’t have to use the stairs to get to the pool (knee issues). The only thing we wished the building had was an indoor pool & an easier way to get to the beach (stairs again). But overall great place for you or your family to stay. The ice cream shop adjacent to the building, Cherry Hill is a must while you are in the area!

Stunning views

Most everything about our stay was wonderful! First the few small things need improvement. They are easy to rectify so I hope they will. No clocks anywhere in the unit and especially no clocks in the bedroom. No trash can in bedrooms, no hand soap in kitchen. Curtains were not operating as functional as they should have. I wish they had been blackout so we could have slept in. Having said all of that, there is no better view possible anywhere on Daytona!!! Security has been made a priority as well. The beds were super comfortable. The property is well maintained and everything else was wonderful and amazing. Communication was the best of the best and We absolutely will stay there again!!!

The place is beautiful and clean. Looks just like the online pictures. The view was fabulous. I like the high chairs to look out over the bars vs thru the bars. Nice choice. The place is family friendly. It is right next to the drive onto the beach. The young lady who greeted us was very helpful and even came back on a Sunday to help us with the TV remotes. There is a book with favorite restaurants listed and with their address listed. They are conveniently located. The restaurant upstairs is a must. Two negatives, sorry, but there is an annoying noise we think was every time the upstairs condo closed their sliding door. Second negative it is really inconvenient to have to take your beach stuff thru the garage. We just left it in the car because the locker is a rusted-out mess and has two rusted out chairs taking all the space. All in all it was a great place.
