Bright and welcoming guest suite

Bright and welcoming one bedroom guest suite. Our one bedroom, one bath guest suite is attached to the west side of our home. Just a few miles from Sloan Park, home of the Cubs spring training. As well as Hohokam Park, home of the A's spring training. Plenty of parking right outside your private entrance.

The kitchen is fully stocked for those that prefer to eat in. Certain times of the year you will find fresh squeezed orange juice from the seven Valencia orange trees on our property.

There are no shared living spaces but the guest suite is part to our home. The guest suite is equipped with it's own small laundry room and it's own private bathroom.

Please do not inquire about leasing our guest suite for long term. We regularly use our guest suite for family so the longest we will rent is no more than 4 weeks. Thank you kindly.

We do have dogs in our unit so if you would like to use the pool just let us know so that we may make sure they are not outside. We just don't want them to try to get out the gate. Always be sure to close the gate after using the pool. Pool is not heated.

Our guest suite accommodates 3 people comfortably. If we find that there are more than 3 people staying in our guest suite your reservation will be canceled and you will be asked to leave. Sneaking extra guests in is against our rules and voids your contract with us.

No smoking or vaping in the unit. Quiet times 10pm - 7am. Check-in is at 3pm. If you are arriving early I will try to accommodate you. Please understand that I regularly have back to back reservations and early access is not always possible. Check-out is at 12pm. If communicated early I will do my best to accommodate you if you need a late check-out. As stated before, I regularly have back to back reservations so this needs to be communicated early and may not be an option.
