1-bedroom condo steps to Miramar Beach

Escape to the sunning Miramar Beach! This condo on the beach side of the Sandestin Golf and beach resort! It is owner managed and can be booked instantly. If you see dates available on the calendar, feel free to book right away. This is the largest 1 bedroom, 1 bath condo layout within Luau and it is on the second floor so you don't even have to wait on the elevators (one flight of stairs up from the ground floor). It will comfortably sleep two people but can accommodate up to four. It has a King bed with a BRAND NEW mattress, a sleeper sofa in the living room, and a fully equipped kitchen with everything you could possibly need to prepare the day’s meals (including all appliances, dishes, utensils, pots/pans, small appliances, full-sized electric range with a 4 burner cook top, full sized microwave oven, full sized refrigerator/freezer with automatic icemaker, dishwasher, etc). There is a washer/drier in the room, and additional coin operated washers and dryers are located in the laundry room on the ground floor of the building. The private balcony is just the perfect location to enjoy a breakfast in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening.

If the beach is what you are longing for, Sandestin's private beach is a 2 minute stroll down a private path. For your added convenience, we have also stocked our owner's storage with two beach chairs, umbrella, beach toys, and a cooler for your exclusive and unlimited use throughout your stay. This is a true beach get away!

For example; beach Set-ups are $40 per day and include chair and umbrella. We provide all of our guests unlimited use of our beach chairs, umbrella, beach toys and cooler for free! The Luau small fitness center and pool is FREE and is restricted to Luau guests only, so no overcrowding and heightened level of security.
