Sitting in a protected location on the peninsula at the southern tip of Moosehead Lake, the water is just 30 feet from the back door! Conveniences can be found a little more than a mile down the road in Greenville Junction.

Sunny hours are best spent lounging on the deck or playing games on the lawn, though the view from the second-floor loft is pretty great, too. Whip up tasty meals using the fully equipped kitchen and gas grill to fuel your adventures. The kids will stay entertained with the cable TV with DVD player, free WiFi, and game table, though nothing beats fresh air outdoors! Make a tradition of watching the sunset from the screened-in porch, then enjoying a campfire every night in the outdoor firepit and roast some s'mores under a starry sky.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 6 vehicles.

Dock details: This dock is oriented so boats are most safely tied on the right side, protected from the wind. Canoes and kayaks should be carried out and launched from the dock as the shoreline has too many trees and other brush growing at the water's edge.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
