Perfect for couples and small families, this home has it all. The large pool area is the place to be during the day soaking up the sun and relaxing. At night catch the evening sunset at the beach.

The fully equipped GRANITE KITCHEN has everything you need to cook great meals and a breakfast bar.

The LIVING ROOM has plush furniture, HD flat screen TV and free high speed WiFi internet access. Graco Pack and Play and High Chair for the little ones is provided.

The MASTER BEDROOM is on the second floor and has a comfortable king sized bed. The master comes with walk in closet for storing your personal belongings. The large MASTER BATHROOM is tastefully decorated with shower.

The SECOND BEDROOM has a queen bed, dressers and closet.

The SECOND BATHROOM is centrally located and has a full shower and bath unit.

The ENTRY FOYER has a futon for an additional sleeping space.

The LARGE POOL AREA is the place to be sunbathing, swimming, or just relaxing.

The Washer and Dryer are downstairs in the garage space. Ironing board, hair dryer and beach towels are provided.

Parking: One parking spot in driveway is included. Garage is not for parking.

Special Note: Deposit, Payment and Cancellation Policy: (VRBO Moderate Cancellation Policy) A deposit of $250.00 applied towards the balance is due when a guest wishes to book a property. The balance is due by check 61 days prior to the stay. We DO NOT accept credit cards for large balance payments over $2500.00. The entire balance is due if booked within 60 days of arrival. 100% refund 30 days before check-in; 50% refund 14-30 days before check-in. NO EXCEPTIONS. We offer at time of booking and encourage travelers to purchase travel insurance which covers trip cancellation subject to the plan description of coverage. A short term rental agreement must be signed prior to check in.
