South End - Amazing Location- New Large 5 Bed Home

Bright and open-plan 5 bedroom 3 bath home in lower South End of Charlotte. Great location that is just a mile from some of the best breweries (Old Meck, Sugar Creek, Good Rd Cider), restaurants, parks and everything Charlotte has to offer.

Our home is only 4.5 miles to Uptown (downtown for the non-locals) and just a 10-15 minute drive to anything there.

This is our full-time home that we open up to guests when we travel. We just recently built this home and everything is brand new!

The house has a large open concept kitchen/living/dining area. The master suite is downstairs as well along with another full bathroom and additional bedroom (which we use as a play room for the kids). There is also a mudroom downstairs as well as the washer and dryer which guests are welcome to use.

Upstairs are 3 additional large bedrooms and another large full bathroom.

There is a large fenced-in back yard (great for kids or hanging out outside) as well as a large front and side yard as well (with swing for the kids). There is also a gas grill in the back yard that guests are welcome to use if they'd like.

The house is great for families and groups and any families with small children are welcome to the books/toys that we have tucked away in the house.

For beds:
1) There is a queen bed in the Master suite.
2) There is also a queen bed in one bedroom upstairs.
3) A second bedroom upstairs (which also has a desk/office set-up) has a full bed (which is large enough for two if needed.
4) The third bedroom upstairs is our toddlers room, so there is a crib/toddler bed (if needed) and also we have a (nice) air mattress that can be used there as well.
5) The other downstairs bedroom is mainly used as a play room for our kids so there is not bed there, however, we can provide another air mattress if needed or there is plenty of room to have a "pallet" on the floor for young children.

*When booking, please let us know if you would need the air mattresses in either room and/or the crib so that we can make sure things are set up well for your stay.

There is also a very large (9ft) couch in the living room that sleeps very well too.

**Please note that this is our home where we live full-time so most of our things remain in the home (clothes, baby/kid toys, books, etc). Most of the baby and kid items will be tucked away in the nursery room and we do try to clear space in both the bedroom closets for guests' use, but we do ask guests to be respectful of our home and our things.

Also note, the home is in a great family-friendly neighborhood, but is on one of the main roads in that neighborhood and, with the close proximity to the Charlotte amenities, there can be a bit of regular traffic on the road.
