1 MONTH MINIMUM STAY. PLEASE CHECK DATES availability before booking request. Bayside Condo, 1 block from Mission Bay, Mission Beach, Belmont Park, restaurants, rentals, & beach activities
Featuring 1 bedroom with a Queen size bed, 1 full bathroom, comfortable seating in the living area, fully stocked kitchen with stainless steel appliances and everything else you would need to prepare a gourmet meal + Separate dining area with seating. Please note this is on the second level and no assigned parking. There are 2 free overnight parking lots close by. Downstairs unit is a vacation rental. There is a exterior security camera at the front door which covers the staircase & front door. FOR MONTHLY RENTALS:
For stays longer than 30 nights proof of employment (or income), background check, and lease agreement required.
Supplies like bathroom tissue, paper towels, shampoo, body wash, conditioner, dish soap etc. provided for 1 week only then guest responsibility.

Amazing home & location

We loved our stay, our host, and our location. The home is exactly as it appears in the photos. The owner, Al, is a great host. He is very kind and attentive. The location is perfect. It's exactly 2 blocks from the ocean/beach and 1.5 blocks from the bay. Highly recommended!

Location location location!!

Great spot, close to everything. The unit was very comfortable and well appointed (coffee, and all the usual kitchen & bath essentials). Great shower and comfortable bed! Loved all the windows and light. Venita was a great communicator, very helpful and quick to reply. The unit is upstairs, which allows for some great cross breezes. But, can make it difficult to access for some.

San Diego Beach Getaway

Overall really enjoyed the location and the straight forward communication with Vinita. The place was perfect size for my partner and I. We loved how close it was to the beach, Belmont park, and other great amenities. Unfortunately, the AC unit had some mold inside of it so we didnā€™t feel comfortable using it. The fridge also needed a water filter change and the bathroom fixtures needed some attention. Otherwise, we had a great time.

Goods and Not So Goods

This was our first time in Mission Bay. The apartment was clean and obvious updates had been made. The kitchen was very nice and the bath was small but adequate. The furniture was a bit worn. The area of town was not to our liking but people were friendly and the beach was nearby. The steps to the rental are killers and would not be good for older folks, especially while carrying luggage. Parking was difficult and very narrow. I did not keep up with messages from the owner which made it necessary to call at the last minute. The owner was very gracious and gave us good instructions.

Great location, well-appointed condo

It was wonderful being a block from the beach and walking distance to both restaurants and a Starbucks. The neighborhood isn't as nice as Pacific Beach, but it's also affordable. The condo itself is well-appointment, and I especially appreciated the A/C unit in the bedroom at night. I would definitely stay here again.

Our stay was great. Condo was clean with new appliances. Air conditioner in bedroom was a bonus! Easy to walk to all the action.

Great Location!!

Couldn't have asked for a better place to stay! The location was so convenient, within 3 minute walk to the beach and restaurants. Bike rental right next door, which made things so easy! Apartment had everything we needed, and owners responded quickly if we had an issue. Would definitely book again.

Mission Accomplished Beach

Came here with my fiance for some much needed R&R. Vinita was a fantastic host, and the location of the unit could not be better. Check-in was a breeze, steps from the beach and bay, and included parking spot was very convenient. The only things to be aware of is the parking spot is tight - you will not be able to fit a large truck/SUV. The unit does have a bit of wear & tear, but nothing above & beyond what should be expected with a beach rental property.

The Beach Crowd Has Been Hard on This Unit

Although recently renovated, this unit is already in need of some attention. Some of the materials used were of questionable quality and are showing heavy wear. The plastic wood flooring was coming up in spots and the shower controls and fixtures were loosing their finish. No luxury here. But outside was the real problem, just plain filthy. If you want to rent a space out, do some clean up. And those dividers on the patio make the space unusable.

Birthday Trip

Property is in a pretty good location. Several things within walking distance including the beach, restaurants, shops and Belmont Park. Also a short 15minute drive to downtown. Parking is very limited, especially if you have a larger car. Apartment can get very warm during the day, but cools to a comfortable temperature at night. Owners were very helpful and checked in with us throughout the trip to make sure we were not in need of anything. Unit comes with beach accessories including umbrella, chairs, beach towels and toys. This was a birthday trip, and she took the time to decorate the unit before arrival. Overall, a great experience!

Nice location close to Bay and Beach.

Property was clean and well kept and comfortable. Great location, short of being right on the beach or bay, which I presume would cost more. Would have given it 5 stars but cleaners had sprayed an air deodorizer all over which I found very strong, unpleasant and it lingered on in diminishing capacity for most of our stay. Owner was very receptive to correcting the situation for future tenants.

Modern Condo - w/ private patio

This property had everything we needed for a comfortable at home feel to our vacation. The kitchen had all modern appliances and was well stocked with everything we needed to cook meals. The condo was clean and the owner had beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards available to use for our beach days. Communicating with the owner was perfect, Vinita answered all my questions leading up to the visit and her response time exceeded my expectations. Vinita knew we were driving from Arizona and messaged me when the condo was ready for us. Communications gets 12 out of 10 stars.

GREAT location

This place was perfect for the two of us on a quick get away to San Diego. It was so close to the beaches well as all kinds of places to eat and shop. It is central enough that Torrey Pines, Little Italy, The Zoo, and USS Midway were all just a short drive away. The airport is also very close. The place was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The parking spot is small and difficult to get into with the alley situation as stated by others - so we chose to park at the alternate parking are the owner told us about. It was a very spacious and well lit lot and just a short walk from the location. All in all it was perfect for our trip to San Diego!

Great stay

Great stay in a beautiful spot. The condo was in a great location within walking distance to restaurants, beach, main roads, bike rentals, and coffee shops. We found it quiet and perfect for the two of us. Parking spot was close. A little tight to get into but nice to have something available. The condo is on the second floor and only accessible by stairs so wouldnā€™t be easily entered if you had any disabilities. Kitchen was well stocked for everything we need. Nice touch that there were toiletries available if needed. Host was very helpful and kept in touch with great info for us. Would definitely stay here again.

Sunshine getaway

We needed to get some sunshine since we live in dreary WA and the winter months are quite dreary. This place worked out great for our long weekend. It was clean and perfectly located. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen was adequately stocked. Vinita answered any questions we had very quickly. We rented bikes from Rayā€™s Rentals and rode around mission bay and mission beach. Luigiā€™s across the street has great pizza and salads. The best carne asada fries weā€™ve ever had were at Marcyā€™s right around the corner. We spent an evening at Belmont park playing games and mini golf. It was a great vacation!

Ideal Weekend

More than expected!

An amazing experience all around. Great location. Walk across the street and all you could want is there. Restaurants, Pub and Grub's, shops, activity rentals, the beach, and an amusement park, so much to do. We rented a car so we could explore the San Diego area as well and parking access near our place was always available. The property managers were prompt to answer questions and a really awesome and a kind couple. Always eager to make your stay comfortable. We're already talking about going back there.

Spacious and clean. One block from ocean .

This cute place was large, clean, comfortable and had all the amenities we needed. A short, one block, walk to the ocean. The owners live across the street so they were very prompt with any assistance we needed. It rained most of while we were here so we didnā€™t get to explore the area much so the cozy apartment was a huge plus!! But, when we able to get out, the walks we had along the ocean front were wonderful. And the view of the roller coaster, at sunrise and sunset, lit up the kid in me and put a smile on my face everyday. The slices at Luigis, across the street, were great for a quick bite in a fun atmosphere. But, the Mac n cheese with brisket on top from Coasters saloon, around the corner, was a dish I literally DID write home about!
