JBs Alaska Getaway Custom Log Cabin sleeps 6

This beautiful custom built log cabin's location is perfectly situated just a few minutes from the Kenai river, a few minutes from the Cook inlet, and five minutes from both Soldotna and Kenai. You can easily do day trips to Seward (1 hour 45 minutes) and Homer (1 hour 30 minutes). Soldotna and Kenai have everything you would need from grocery stores, Walmart, Fred Meyer, fun bakeries, shopping, medical care, restaurants, breweries and even a winery nearby.

The cabin features a loft that sleeps 3, 1 Queen bed and 1 twin bed. The second sleeping area is a multipurpose room with 3 twin beds. The multipurpose room has a “secret” passage that makes it that much more fun!

The kitchen has a refrigerator, 2 burner electric stove, toaster oven, microwave, air fryer, blender and coffee maker. You will also have a shared gas BBQ outside! The kitchen comes with what you will need in pots and pans, dishes, cutlery and pantry items such as spices to get you started with delicious meals.

The table in the kitchen is very limited in seating, so we added a folding 6 foot table with 6 chairs in the multipurpose room so that you can share meals together, or enjoy the tables outside!

Bathroom with full shower is on the main floor.

There is a stone Arctic Entry attached to the Main house that has a washer, dryer, and dvd library. It will be available to you during specific hours. In the attached garage on the Main house you will find an extra shared freezer to freeze any prepackaged fish you may need to store until your departure.

Fish cleaning and packaging is NOT allowed anywhere on the property. All fishing gear must be stowed in the garage or your vehicle. It is not allowed in the house.

Please be aware that this home has not been baby/toddler proofed, and the stairs are unsafe for little ones.

*Please note that there is an adjacent vacation unit with a separate entrance, and there may be other travelers present during your stay*. The door to the main house from that area has a lock and privacy blinds.

-No fish cleaning or packaging on the premises, no exceptions. There is a freezer in the garage to store prepacked fish until departure.

-Fishing gear must be stowed in your vehicle or in the garage. It cannot be in the house.

- Must be at least 25 years old to book
- This is a shared property with another house. You will be given easy instructions on where to park and enter your house that will have the least impact on possible guests in the other home.
- Quiet time is from 10 pm to 8 am.
