Our area is part of the Emerald Coast, and is famous for sugar sand beaches and turquoise waters that stay warm well into autumn. Hike or bike the local trails, try your hand at kayaking or paddle boarding, or bask in the secluded waters of a gorgeous state park nearby.

Our rates are for 2 people in the Master Bedroom (or 1 in the master and 1 in the 2nd bedroom upon request.) we do keep the additional bedrooms locked.

Unfortunately we have had guests in the past book for 2 people and then sneak in 8 or 9 extra people.

Each additional adult/child is $25.00 per night.

Inquire for discounts - if you are ACTIVE Duty or RETIRED Military (ID is required) .

PLEASE review your total rates when booking.

Please include the total number of guests (including yourself) in the inquiry that you send to us (I.e. 6 adults 3 Children)

Your booking will include door codes to unlock the additional bedrooms at check in.

If you bring in additional guests that you did not pay for you will be charged or be asked to leave & we will contact VRBO for breaking our house rules, and your deposit will be forfeited.

If you would like to bring your dog, we have a Pet Fee of $125.00 per stay for one dog up to 20 pounds and $150 for dogs over 20 Pounds.

If you have multiple Dogs Rate is an Additional $50.00 per Dog up to 20 Pounds per stay and $75.00 for each additional dog over 20 Pounds.

Weight (Heavier) of 1st Dog will be the charged first

NOT CATS

You MUST CLEAN UP after your Dog's waste from our yard.

Dogs must be crated while you are not in the home.

Dog CANNOT be left unattended in the backyard during our summer season, while you are out of the house.

If dog waste is found in the yard after your departure, a $200 yard waste fee will be deducted from your deposit.

We do have a Refundable damage deposit that is required (your credit card info is kept on file with VRBO)

- We understand that this may deter some guests, but in the past we have had major damages occur in the home, guests that brought in more guests than the reservation was booked for and guests that have required our housekeeper to do extensive cleaning (beyond normal wear and tear).

We are very reasonable people, just reach out to us, and we can typically work something out with you.

** Due to COVID 19, we will only make beds & provide bedroom door access according to how many guests you have booked**

This allows us to insure that beds and linens are not used and protect you and our future guests.

SLEEPING:

Flip Flop and Sandy Paws comfortably sleeps up to 11. (We have had up to 15 before).

There is a Giant King bed that's set up in the master bedroom.

A Full size bed and a twin bed are set up in one of the spare bedrooms, and in the opposite spare bedroom a Full size bed.

We have also created a Sleeping Nook that is adorned with a set of bunk beds (full on bottom and single on top) and single bed, that is perfect for children.

We provide clean linens for all the beds and they are washed and placed on the beds prior to your arrival.

BATHROOM:
We have two full bathrooms.

The master bathroom has a gorgeous floating tub and a giant walk in shower.
The 2nd bathroom is gorgeously decorated and has a full size tub with shower.

1 set of towels and washcloths per person booked.

(2) Laundry Pods
(2) Dishwasher Pods
(1) Roll of Toilet Paper per bathroom
(1) Roll of Paper Towels

KITCHEN:
The kitchen has a full size stove and oven, which work gloriously! The kitchen sink has hot water and garbage disposal. There is a full sized microwave, Keurig Coffee Maker, refrigerator and freezer

- Filtered water
AC/FANS/HEATER:
A New A/c was installed in 2018 and is easy to. Adjust, to your comfort level. The home also has ceiling fans throughout.

Beautiful Upgraded Master Bathroom, huge backyard.


We have 4 back pack style beach chairs that are over $75 each, they are there for your use but if you break /lose them your damage deposit will be charged for the chair.

Chairs must be returned to the home after your beach day, rinsed off and placed back on the patio.


Typically We have some beach toys available, so before you make that stop to the beach store, check out what we have on the back porch. Occasionally we have a couple of boogie boards out on the patio feel free to use them - Just bring them back after your day at the beach!

If you end up with some beach toys that you don't want to haul back, just rinse them off and leave them for the next guests. There is a cooler that you can use for your beach day. We just ask you not to roll it through the house and don't forget to bring it back.
