THE BELOW RULES MUST BE READ AND FOLLOWED. IF IT IS FOUND THAT ANY OF THESE RULES HAVE BEEN BROKEN, YOU WILL BE CHARGED FOR THAT OFFENSE ACCORDINGLY. WE THE HOMEOWNERS INSPECT AND CLEAN THE HOME AFTER EVERY GUEST! Must be 21 to rent Dog Friendly $75 Pet Fee. Please let us know when renting. Dogs must be kenneled at night or run freely in the yard. Dog gates in the Home. We do not allow pets on the furniture or in the Bedrooms. Guest MUST clean up after pets. Poo Bags and Scoop provided. Keyless entry home. Key provided in case locks fail. $75 Rekey fee if this key is lost. No parking in our Front yard. Parking only on the driveway or the corner lot next door where the BBQ Pit is located. Absolutely NO SMOKING in our Home. Smoking is ONLY allowed by the Firepit. No smoking on any of the porches surrounding our Home. Non Compliance will result in a $50 cleaning fee. Please note: The Property does have Outdoor Security Camera's that are located throughout the property. The camera's are for the sole purpose of Security. If these camera's are tampered with during your stay, you will incur a $100 reconnect fee and you will not be permitted to rent our home again. We have an eat at bar with 4 bar stools. Outdoor dining in two areas are provided along with 1 bar table on the Patio. NOTE: All outdoor string lights are to remain on at ALL Times. This includes the string lights in the yard. Tampering with any light switches that are to remain on at all times is a direct violation to the House Rules. The lights are to ensure better visibility when walking in the yard at night. ‐All Medicine Cabinets, area's underneath the bathroom sinks, and drawers in the Master Bathroom and guest bathroom are not to be touched as we do have personal items in those areas. You are able to use the hanging Clothes racks that are placed in each closet of each bedroom and hangers. ‐DO NOT pour grease down the drains. This will heavily damage our Septic Tank environment ‐DO NOT flush anything down the toilet except for Toilet Paper. No baby wipes, face wash wipes, feminine hygiene products. If a Plumber is called during your stay or if something is found wrong with the Plumbing after your checkout, YOU will be responsible for all repair fees. ‐BLEACH or Antibacterial Soap items are not to be used in the House. Those chemicals are not suitable to the Health of our Septic System. I do not keep any of these items in the Home. ‐No burning of Candles in the Home! Please review the cancellation policy on this listing. Any damage to any item in our home/outside while you are staying, you will be held responsible for and charged for the damage/repair accordingly. We are also not liable for any injuries/accidents that you may have while you are in our home. In addition, we have a long driveway as well as a side lot to accommodate your boat(s) should you bring more than one. We are boat owners as well and have an area dedicated to cleaning your boat/jet ski after your day on the water. We also have an outside electric plug for you to charge the battery of your boat overnight. Guest access If you have friends/family with an RV, we have the ability to provide them hook-ups for an additional charge of $100 per stay. We have the ability to accommodate a 26' RV. We are very proud of our home and have put a lot of hard work into getting where we envisioned it. We hope that you will book with us and experience a little of our "Happy Place" with us. “Cameras: Driveway, Front porch (note showing front door) 4 cameras showing back yard/Firepit. Ring doorbell at door of the "Love Shack" pointing towards back deck. All Cameras run 24/7 and record outside activity for security. We will no longer keep Pack and play and Air mattresses in the home. Due to missing parts of each from prior guests, these will only be provided upon request. We will inspect home for missing items upon your departure. Any missing will be claimed through VRBO.This includes newly added WiFiPorter. If this comes up missing during your stay it will be a $100 fee. If the sleeper Sofa is broken during your stay that will be a $300 fee as we have had to fix this once from guest breaking it. Please remember we provide an extremely nice home for your vacation. Please treat it as if it were your own.
