The lot includes shade trees and has plenty of seating along the cottage seawall with concrete deck the width of the large front yard in addition to the large lakefront porch. Just right for fishing and swimming. Fire pit and corn hole available. Garage will accommodate one car. Two cars can park in front of the garage and overflow is either across the street in front of the little white house or down the street.
