This attractive 3 bedroom/2.5 bathroom home is situated on a large lush lot with privacy hedge for enjoying the pool, outdoor shower and covered patio. The patio, where you'll spend most of your time, is a place of pure peace, even in the rain, and there is a gas grill available for sunny day bbqs. Your booking comes with orchids and tropical leaves throughout the house and outdoor patio. The bar is stocked with ingredients for the house cocktail (instructions in the House Manual) and the fridge and kitchen are stocked with every imaginable necessity. We are near all the great restaurants along Dixie and in town, and a short drive to those in Palm Beach and Lake Worth.

A bit about the property: this is a classic 2/1.5, with a full bathroom in between the master and guest room, and a cabana (half bath) off the kitchen. The Shed, which is separate from the house, has an antique 4 poster bed, a toilet and a sink inside the room, and a completely private outdoor shower just steps off the patio.

My sweet outdoor kitty, Simba, now spends most of his time at the neighbor’s but i still ask that guests put kibble out for him in the event that he comes by for a nibble (kibble provided under the kitchwn sink) Simba is docile and vaccinated, dog-curious and beloved by much of the neighborhood. He comes periodically throughout the day for a nibble, but otherwise is not around much and very low maintenance. People who come with dogs report that they don’t see much of him.
