Our villa is location in the NW coast of PR, in Aguadilla & it is a 7 min drive from Aguadilla Airport, Rafael Hernandez (BQN) & steps away from Shack's beach. Within a 15 minute drive you have access to hiking trails, supermarkets, restaurants, shopping centers & to some of the world's best beaches; such as Jobos, Wilderness, Pena Blanca, Montones, Survival, Surfer’s, Crash Boat etc. Our villa is furnished with modern appliances & comfortable furniture to make your stay enjoyable and unforgeable. Visit us!!

We are located next to Villa Montana Beach Resort.

Truly, could not be better! Silvana is fabulous. She is very welcoming, friendly and communicative. She has thought of everything. Super close to the beach, less than a 2 min walk. Great outdoor shower and walk-in showers that have plenty of hot water. Parking is easy. A true luxury for Shacks Beach.

We had a great experience and stay at the villa. The locations was perfect, quiet surroundings and steps from the beach. Our host was beyond gracious and helpful. We'll absolutely return!!

Great location

Perfect location in Isabelle. Right next to the beach, and lots of great places to eat all around. We went snorkeling at Umas beach amd had great coffee and treats at La Chocolatería. We can’t wait to go back

Great property! We had an excellent stay at this condo. Very easy checkin, great location and clean condo with everything you need. Our host, Silvana, was very accommodating and helpful! She really helped make our trip enjoyable and relaxing. Wonderful place to stay!

Fantastic!

My family had a wonderful stay at the Northwest Villa! The home is very modern, spacious, spotless, secure, and an easy walk to the beach! Everything you need for a fun beach trip is provided including chairs, umbrella, coolers, boogie boards, etc. The owner was very responsive and available for any questions during our stay. Highly recommend and would love to return soon!

The Northwest Villa

After staying in the shacks beach area with our family over the past 5 years, this has been our favorite place to stay! The house is very modern and comfortable with a beautiful ocean view from the balcony! Silvana made us feel very welcome with beach chairs and a cooler right inside the front door ready to go! She made sure we were comfortable on arrival and checked on us throughout our stay to make sure everything was good. This property is a short walk to a beautiful beach as well as 2 great restaurants! We highly recommend this property!

Fabulous Home!

This was my third stay in Isabela, PR and the home was by far the best rental that we have experienced. My family was myself, husband and three kids, ages 13, 11, 8. The owner, Silvana was very attentive and accomodating. They even had an air mattress for my youngest set up and ready for her. The beds were super comfortable, modern decor and overall great stay! There are chairs, coolers, other beach items available to use which helped out so much since we beach hopped most days. Thank you Silvana for an amazing spring break trip ! I would highly recommend this property! We will be back !

If I could give an extra star I would!

All I can say was this was such a fantastic property managed by great thoughtful owners. I am a seasoned traveler and my wife and I just spent 4 days at this property in March of 2021. We fell in love with the charm of the neighborhood and I would most definitely recommend anyone who has the chance to rent this property with confidence. Accommodations were all great, everything you need to have a good time at the beach (do bring your own bluetooth speaker if you like music at the beach) including chairs, and cooler etc. Shacks beach is half a block walk and you can walk to Eclipse restaurant (beachfront restaurant) or Olas Lolas for some Tacos and drinks. We also drove to Crash Beach (recommended by Silvana) and had an absolute blast, great beach! Had a chance to visit Gozalandia Cascadias and would definitely recommend this spot as well for those interested in some light hiking and to enjoy some awesome waterfalls. At the end of our stay we tried to extend another night here but unfortunately it was already booked. That should certainly tell you something. RENT THIS PLACE! Thank you Silvana and Husband for such a memorable experience and your awesome hospitality, we definitely created some amazing memories we will not forget.

Stunning view of the ocean, gorgeous location , across from the beach, high-end, spacious living

This place is spectacular! We stayed four days. The owners are very communicative and easy to reach. They supplied information specific to the kind of trip we wanted— surfing. After arranging our stay, Silvana texted me upon our arrival to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. She told me not to hesitate contacting her for anything. But this place had everything. We didn’t even get a chance to use the bbq grill or snorkel gear. We enjoyed the absolutely stunning view, brand new construction, pristine rooms, top of the line appliances, cold air conditioning, beautiful decor with high-end materials, comfy beds in airy, spacious bedrooms. We arrived when no stores were open, but there was a case of water, fruit, granola bars, snacks, coffee, paper towels, etc for us. That made us feel very welcome plus we did not have to go shopping the next day! There were many unexpected features including a beach chair, cooler, beach bag... just little things that you might need not normally found in a rental or hotel. The location is incredible- just steps from the beach. Once the sun set, we walked down the street to a cozy garden bar for drinks and fish tacos. We will definitely be back!

Puerto Rico never disappoints

This was our 5th trip to PR and 4th to the west side. We love PR for its consistent weather/water temp and beauty! Shacks Beach is one of our fav beaches and to snorkel so having this house so close was great. Couple things to clarify to other guests, our rental was 2nd floor. Owners is third floor and they have a 1st floor rental as well. There is no hot tub, which wasn't a big deal for us but it was/is listed in amenities. And, the grill is not in great shape as salt air just destroys it and frankly no need for it anyways. A few planes will make some noise at night with airport up over the hill. To the owners, above and beyond communication. At the time of our arrival, no cable TV but owners went and took a bunch of their time on phone with cable and me figuring out TV etc...and we got to watch the Super Bowl! So if you are a TV watcher, might want to reach out to owners and see if TV cable is on. Very friendly and very attentive to guests needs, top notch! 2nd floor and house are beautiful and was perfect for our 5 adults. Walk to beach is 1 minute tops, owners have a ton of beach toys, beach stuff and that was very helpful for us with chairs and umbrella! If your a bird watcher, the porch every morning had a ton of diff birds including in February a white egret/heron rookery steps from house, PR parrots, Venezuelan troupials, morning doves, American Kestrels, Little Blue Herons, Yellow crowned Night Herons...were abundant as well. Great week for us.

AWESOME PLACE, THE BEST

The North West Villa was the perfect property for our family’s trip to Aguadilla to work. We loved the central location being able to quickly get to a number of our favorite restaurants and beaches. Sylvana is always available to help with anything you need, and also provides a wonderful welcome package so that we didn’t have to immediately run to the grocery store. We loved enjoying the wonderful view of the beach. Highly recommend!
