With just over 5000 interior square feet and 2500 square feet of deck on 1 acre of secluded property, this house never feels crowded. Set down a long landscaped driveway, it's situated directly in the sun's path and is completely private and surrounded by beautiful trees. The house is gorgeously furnished with luxurious bedding, linens, towels and toiletries in each guest room and (6) newly renovated full bathrooms. The location of this property is rare- it's a full acre, down a long driveway, so you're completely set off from the street, from neighbors and from noise. It is a true escape, giving the utmost in privacy. In addition to the gorgeous house, there is a brand new pool house, set up with fridge, ice machine, dishwasher and bar area. It's the perfect set up for entertaining!

Please note that the house is set up perfectly for young children-- there is a child safety fence around the pool, swingset and any and all toys a kid could want. If you are planning to stay with young children, you will not need to bring a thing. We have a Pack n Play, cradle, toddler bed, multiple baby swings and books and toys for babies and toddlers. If the pool safety fence isn't needed, it can easily be taken down as well.

With six (6) true bedrooms (5 of which are ensuite and 1 set up as a kids room with twin bed), this home can fit the whole family and then some. The home's most prominent feature is an oversized pool and it's accompanying brand new designer renovated pool house. There is also an optional child safety fence if staying with little ones. There is also a hot tub, regulation sized bocce court, outdoor shower, brand new children's swingset,12-person outdoor dining table, couch lounge area and a series of hammocks throughout the property.

The house comes equipped with a professional grade oven, grill and outdoor BBQ. There are two king-sized primary bedroom suites, 2 queen sized bedrooms, one room with 2 twins and a nursery with a twin bed and changing table. The primary suite has an oversized primary bathroom with steam shower and hot tub, while the second primary is over 500 square feet with an extra day bed and a private outdoor balcony that overlooks the pool area.

It is a quick bike ride (1.5 miles) to a gorgeous private bay beach, a quick 3 mile drive to Coopers Beach and Southampton Main Street, and walking distance to 4 golf courses including the famous Shinnecock Golf Course.

This house is our home away from home in the city and is rarely rented, so it is set up and furnished for ourselves and our own guests, not just a rental. We often entertain our friends and family here and have found that it is the perfect layout for an amazing weekend at the beach. With three bedrooms on one side of the house and three on the other, you always have your privacy and then can convene together poolside, which is a huge outdoor area that never feels crowded. We've had large parties, a wedding (!) and even kids birthdays and the house is the perfect setting for all of it. It's a truly unique space that is the perfect Hamptons experience, being close to the beaches, town and right in the middle between Westhampton and East Hampton.
