4 floors of living space right on beautiful Popham Beach, minutes from the State Park. Bring your family and friends for a truly special vacation. Multiple decks, a huge screen porch, spacious bedrooms and living space make this the perfect house for a group.

We recently added a Peloton bike to our rental! Guests may login to their own account or create an account to use.

20 minutes from the city of Bath and an hour from Portland.

The house has a large third floor bedroom with its own deck, two second floor bedrooms and the ā€œkids suiteā€ in the full basement with two triple ā€œMaine Madeā€ bunkbeds. Top quality beds and bedding will provide a restful nights sleep after a day at the beach.

Paradise on Popham

This was our first trip with extended family, we were a group of 8! Laurelā€™s house was spacious and offered generous gathering space. Upon arriving, we noticed the beautiful landscaping and a view worth the rent. We also realized that we had over packed because the house it fully stocked. Everything about the rental made our trip relaxing and effortless.

Perfect location

Laurelā€™s house was perfect for our family. Three generations had plenty of space. The house was super clean and exactly as described. This was certainly the best stocked and provisioned home weā€™ve rented through VRBO. Laurel is very accessible and helpful. We absolutely hope to return.

Spectacular Spot

This house on Popham beach is a spectacular spot with beautiful views, soothing sounds and super convenient for beach fun. The house is fully equipped and Laurel is an efficient and effective communicator. The house was originally designed as a beach club so has an interesting layout with full baths in the basement. We enjoyed our stay!

A beautiful, memorable, stay that felt like home

My family ( age range from 6 months -82) stayed in this wonderful house over July4th for 9 days and enjoyed every moment. Laurel was so helpful and attentive from beginning to end. The house itself felt like home. It had everything we needed from towels, to cooking supplies, beach gear, and the sounds of the waves. Everything was clean and comfortable. The screened in porch was our favorite place to drink our morning coffee and look at the ocean. It was heaven. The location was perfect. We felt like we were tucked away in our own oasis, but could easily get to town for groceries, to shop, explore, eat, or just enjoy the beauty of the surroundings. We loved our time there and would recommend it to anyone.

Super Host, great house, beautiful beach!

We thoroughly enjoyed our time here, were sorry to leave and will be back. Popham beach is majestic. The house is perfectly located, very clean and comfortable. The screened porch is a great place to have meals and relax. At night you can hear the waves from the master bedroom. Laurel is a wonderful host too. She immediately answered any questions we had when we sent a message, greeted us on check-in to show us around, and left us some wine too! Thank you Laurel!

Perfect Location

This property was steps from beautiful Popham Beach and had gorgeous views. Our family, which included 6 adults and 4 children, were easily able to go back and forth to the beach throughout the day. The deck and hot tub were other areas we loved to spend our time. The screened in porch was perfect for morning coffee and meals, the table being large enough to seat all of us. The house was immaculate and fully stocked with with everything you may need, including condiments, towels, toiletries, etc. This was the perfect family getaway and we thoroughly enjoyed our time here. Thank you for a great week!

Perfect beach property

Lovely views. Beautiful house. Comfortable beds with beautiful bedding. There are 4 levels and the 2 showers are on the1st level. There are partial baths on level 2 and 3. None on level 4. There are multiple great porches to enjoy the beautiful views. Well equipped with kayak and beach toys. Our family had a very special week. Thank you to the hosts!

Pure luxury, hated to leave!

This place is pristine, with every amenity you would want or need for your stay at Popham Beach. Beautifully decorated and very clean. It is exactly like the photos, and even more spacious than the photos can convey. Multiple large common areas for gatherings, including a huge screened in porch and back deck. The yard is very big as well, everything beautifully landscaped. Majestic views on multiple levels to the private beach area just in front of the house. Hot tub is a nice treat and we enjoyed the chiminea in the evenings. The extra fridge and bar set up are very useful to keep that stuff out of the kitchen area. I cannot express how spacious this place is which is great when you have a group of people under one roof. It gives everyone their own private space and also makes for very comfortable gatherings in the common areas. Beds are very comfortable and outfitted with beautiful linens, and each room has extra pillows and blankets if needed. Anything you need, it is there. Location is great. Right off main road going into Popham. Very large parking area. Large private beach in front of the house. Close to Fox Island, to which you can walk during low tide (definitely worth doing). A nice walk around the beach in the other direction to get to Spinney's Lobster House and Fort Popham. Laurel was great to work with. Very responsive. Met us at check in for the walk through and was available if we had any questions. We will definitely stay here again. Thank you, Laurel!

Beautiful home away from home

Amazing and beautiful spacious beach-house with every amenity you could imagine! Perfect for a group and directly on a beautiful private beach. Well worth every penny. Open floor plans, plenty of space, immaculately clean and well stocked with everything you need for the beach! Perfect location with an easy beach-walk to Spinney's and a quick ride to the general store. This house comes packed with plenty of towels, tan lotion, bug spray, pots, pans, plates, utensils, cups, appliances... everything! There are also kayaks, bikes, playstation, videos, books, games, puzzles and various exercise equipment. The hot tub is awesome! Can't wait to stay again!

Perfect family beach escape!

This property did not disappoint! It was a family get away for my wife, son and in-laws. We were looking for a property within close proximity to the beach, enough space for the 5 of us and offered some relaxation. The house and Laurel delivered on all of it. The property was in pristine condition and came with all the amenities (hot tub, patios, beach toys, plenty of towels, etc.) we needed. The very best part is that you are steps away from what is now one of our favorite beaches in the northeast. Last but not least is Laurel, the property owner. She is just as fantastic as the home. Laurel is super accommodating, helpful and responsive. We will absolutely be back!

Amazing location and perfect house

Right on the beach and so relaxing. This home was perfect for my whole family to be there at once with room for everyone from grandparents to babies. The beach was one of the best I have ever been to. We would totally come back!

Popham Beach is the best beach in Maine. Coming here as a child myself and then bringing my own children here gave it a special place in our hearts. When this property became available we did not hesitate to take the opportunity to own a place that we can now enjoy with future generations.

O que faz essa propriedade ser Ćŗnica?

There are very few properties on Popham that have the size and scale of ours as well as the location on this stretch of the beach. There are miles to walk in both directions - toward Fort Popham as well as toward the Popham Beach State Park. It is located in a quiet community of some year round residents as well as many seasonal summer people.
