Luxury Apartment with Amazing views

Situated in the ancient white-washed village of Mijas; 25 minutes drive from Malaga airport with Malaga, Granada, Rhonda, The Camino del Rey & Sevilla all within easy reach.

The slow pace of village life provides a tranquil setting for your stay whilst being within easy reach of the lively coastal towns & fine beaches. If soaking up the sun by day & enjoying restaurants by night is your thing then Sierra Mar is the property for you. Leave your car in the garage & take the 2 min walk to the village and sample the many local restaurants.

The apartment, one of 20, built in 2000, has marble floors, individual room AC, heating, TV, DVD and a blue tooth speaker. The contemporary quality furnishings give the apartment a fresh, bright and liner prospective. The kitchen is fitted to a high standard. The Open plan sitting room & dining area opens directly onto the terrace; with spectacular views to the coast. The terrace has a wrap around outdoor sofa and dining table for six. The spacious Master bedroom has an en-suite luxury shower (wet room style, no steps or shower trays). There is plenty of hanging space and wonderful views. The twin room is very comfortable and also has its own en suite luxury bath and shower.

The roof top pool & sun terrace are wonderful places to unwind and truly relax. The sun terrace has all day sun and plenty of umbrellas to provide shade if needed. The pool has showers, toilets & changing area.

The parking space is secure and undercover as part of the apartment block so you will never need to worry about finding a parking space or getting into a boiling hot car.

Lovely apartment in quieter part of town but within easy walking distance of the centre. Nicely refurbished with modern interior and has everything you need. Nice to have local person on hand if needed.

Impeccable, exceptionally well equipped, very modern and comfortable apartment with beautiful views, garage and pool access. Close to the centre of Mijas, so very convenient for bars, restaurants and shops. Housekeeper was very welcoming and communicative, meeting us beforehand to guide us to to property. We had a fabulous week's stay and could not be more pleased with our property choice.

We really enjoyed the apartment. It was very clean and beautifully decorated. It was in a lovely peaceful area with nice views and not too far from the town Main Street. Off street parking was very useful, but we were also able to park on the street. Wi-fi great.

This apartment was everything we hoped for and more. Spacious, beautifully furnished, and very well equipped with everything you could possibly need. The location is ideal, just a short walk to the village centre with plenty of restaurants and bars. Special mention to Maite, who made check-in seamless and was a pleasure to deal with. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay and would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Mijas.

Wonderful stay in Mijas

This property was absolutely perfect for our time in Mijas. The apartment is truly lovely and artistically furnished. It was also extremely well supplied.The view from the balcony was magnificent at sunrise and sunset.. It was a truly remarkable stay.

Great apartment

We loved our stay in Mijas. The apartment is very nice and clean. We could walk to town and many great restaurants. We hiked from the top of town to the little church and then went even higher. Stunning views, highly recommend the hike.

Absolutely fabulous from start to finish.From the pre communication with the owner, the lovely welcome from Maite our host to the beautifully equipped apartment with every amenity imaginable it has been amazing. A short stroll from the centre and added benefit of underground private parking. The community pool was spotless and beautiful with great views out to the coast. When we return to Mijas we will definitely check availability here firstSmall feedback - Thicker softer bath towels would be beneficial.

Amazing apartment

The property was exactly as stated, in fact better. Very tastefully furnished, great size balcony with spectacular views. Ian was very prompt at answering questions and his apartment manager Maite organised a taxi each way for us.

It’s a great position for access to the Pueblo square we spent lots of time on the balcony. I really liked the shower in the main bedroom. Maite is a breeze to deal with. Can’t lose here

Perfect apartment in our favourite location

This was our second stay and it did not disappoint. The apartment had everything you need and things you didn’t even know you needed! Tranquil and beautiful location but just a few minutes walk up hill to the centre of Mijas Pueblo with the shops, bars and restaurants. Easy to get around on local transport, or there’s a garage if you have a car. Wonderful.

Amazing apartment in a great location. Five minutes walk to the hustle and bustle of Mijas with the shops, bars and restaurants, but the apartment itself is tranquil with wonderful views from the roof terrace down to the coast. Apartment has everything you could possibly need, is beautifully furnished, modern and comfortable. We loved it and will definitely be back

Wonderful Stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Mijas Pueblo! The wonderful views are exactly as shown and the apartment is well outfitted. The apartment location is very peaceful despite the proximity to the bustling tourist town. It’s more ‘touristy’ than we expected but we quickly learned our way around some sneaky paths. (Be prepared - the roads are tight for driving and it isn’t really flat anywhere for walking.) It’s a great base to visit Fuengirola, Malaga and Marbella. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

A brilliant apartment and excellent hosting

Only a few days but it was excellent. A well kept apartment, with beautiful views and an easy walkable access to the village centre. The flat décor was modern and attractive; the outside terrace was of a decent size. The hosting was just enough and allowed us to enjoy the facilities with ease. We will return.

Wonderful stay in lovely Mijas

We loved our 5 night stay in this comfortable apartment with amazing views. The village itself is so quaint, with narrow streets lined with colorful flower pots and stunning views around every corner. We enjoyed having our coffee and cava on the deck at the apartment while watching the Mediterranean Sea in the distance. Mijas was a great home base with day trips to Ronda, Nerja, Marbella and Torremolinos all easy to get to. The nice pool area was a bonus! Would definitely recommend booking here, Maite and Ian were easy to communicate with and made the whole process very easy, thank you!

Mijas holiday

Second visit to this wonderful apartment. The apartment has been totally renovated since our last visit and puts it on another level. Communication from Ian the owner is excellent. You are greeted at the apartment by Maite . Nothing is to much trouble for her. Mijas Pueblo is beautiful. All in all a fantastic apartment in a stunning location

Originally from Yorkshire, I lived in London and worked in high end hospitality for 35 years and I am now retired and living in the Dordogne. I first fell in love with Mijas during visits to my uncle, who lived in the area for over 30 years.

I first saw the apartment when it was a building site and loved the position and the fabulous views were really what sold it for me - I was the first person to move into the apartment when the block was opened in 2004.

I enjoy renting out the apartment and get satisfaction from all the lovely comments from guests. I have made the apartment as comfortable and stylish as possible, and hope that you will see it as your home in the sun, when staying.

The village has a very special atmosphere. It retains the character of an old Spanish village, with a local food market, quality shops, restaurants and all the festivals that go along with Spanish life.

The property is wonderfully situated in a quiet corner of the village with exceptional views out to the sea and up to the mountains.
