This adorable two bedroom cottage has an open kitchen/living area. Bedroom one has a queen sized bed, bedroom two has a bunk bed, and there is a sofa in the living room that opens to a queen bed as well. Relax on the front porch that has serene flowers and a cozy sitting area. This unit has a washer/ dryer for your convenience. It also has a private outdoor shower/ storage area to help prevent sand from entering the home. This property is a non-smoking facility. Owner lives on site to ensure a peaceful and quiet family setting. Wake up to the smell of Uncle Bill's Pancake House across the street and Duffinetti's Restaurant for lunch and/or dinner. We are walking distance to convention center, boardwalk, NJTransit, awesome restaurants, and Wildwood's newest brewery. There are so many things to do without a car. We recently purchased and upgraded the entire property. Come join us for a family friendly vacation spot. Our home is only available to families. We do not accept party groups. We also do not allow pets or therapy dogs. We will allow true “service” dogs with certificates. Please do not book our property for your teens or young adult children unless you plan to stay with them for the duration of the vacation. If they are left unsupervised, we will require them to leave. We do not allow people under age 25 to book with us. Our goal is provide a safe family oriented vacation spot. Because we have children on the property, we do NOT allow smoking/ vaping anywhere on the property. There is a park with benches just three houses away. Smoking/vaping can be done there.
