The house was very nice and gorgeous views of lake!! The hot tub and fire pit were bonuses. The location was perfect for our day trips and back and forth to Coeur d’Alene! Don’t miss Jimmys restaurant! The fried pecan roll French toast life changing! The host was super responsive and helpful. Would love to come back and bring family.

My sister and I brought our parents here for their 50th anniversary. Excellent stay. The home was super clean and in a great location. Its about 5-10 min from the charming downtown area. Even being that close to the city, while at the home, you feel secluded which was exactly what we were looking for. There were a couple of minor issues with the shades in the living area and the AC upstairs but nothing that couldn't be easily navigated or fixed. Highly recommend this property.

Everything was beautiful and perfect! Check in/check out process was so easy and seamless. We were greeted with a baby deer in the backyard when we arrived! Such a great location. I highly recommend this spot, and I will definitely be staying here again! Thank you!!

This house has amazing lake views from every room. Convenient location, 7-8 min to downtown Coeur D Alene. There are biking and walking trails along the lake. Smooth check in and check out.

The home was very well equipped with all we needed. Only 2 issues. The bedroom in the lower level was extremely cold. Could not find a way to heat it without increasing heat in the rest of the house. Also, the dishwasher only offered a quick rinse mode. Not a full wash.

Thanks for the 4‑star review. Glad the home was well equipped for your stay. Sorry the lower‑level bedroom was uncomfortably cold and the dishwasher only offered a quick rinse. We’ll have our maintenance team check the heating controls, registers, and add clearer heating instructions (and a supplemental option if needed). We’ll also inspect and service the dishwasher and make sure cycle options are working and clearly labeled. Hope to host you again.

We really enjoyed our stay in Coeur d’Alene for the month of September 2026. The house is situated on a road just above the lake. It has a great view of the lake from the main and upper floors. There is a street between the place and the lake that can be noisy at times but quiets down in the evening. The master bedroom on the upper level was large with a king bed and plenty of closet and dresser space. The master bath area was good-sized with a shower, large tub, and double vanity. The toilet was in with the shower. There is a second bedroom off the living room on the main level and a second full bathroom with tub. They are not directly connected. The washer/dryer is located in the lower level. Also on the lower level is the third bedroom with a full bathroom off the hallway. The house was well-equipped, and the appliances worked well. There was a dining table with six chairs. The living room area had a large couch and two chairs. The TV set was good sized and worked well. We used our own firestick. The internet speed was good, and the connection worked well for our purposes. Access to the house is via a keypad on the front door. The garage is attached to the house and can be used but the garage door opener does not work. The area is beautiful, clean, and safe. We enjoyed the fantastic views from the deck, living room and the master bedroom. The grill and hot tub on the patio worked well. We did not use the fire pit. The manager’s communication was prompt and complete.

We enjoyed our stay. Quiet neighborhood, beautiful view, house was decently clean. Nice white fluffy newer towels. The King bed upstairs was quite comfortable. The pillows are very basic and chunky feeling. Sheets were nice. The portable air conditioner in that room was very noisy and doesn’t cool the room down much. We did appreciate the fact that there was a portable cooler as the central air does not cool that room at all. We would have roasted otherwise. I brought ear plugs thank goodness. There is also a ceiling fan. That room would benefit from a mini-split for cooling. The kitchen is well stocked, furniture is decent but not super comfy. Overall, I’d recommend the property. Lots of stairs on three levels. Gorgeous views, paved path along the lake for walking or biking. Lots of boats to watch, jet skiers and parasailing on a daily basis. The host is an excellent communicator. I really appreciate that.

Summer Family Vacation

We enjoyed our stay here for the 2nd part of our family vacation. We had bikes and the trail to the park and downtown was easily accessible (about a 2 mile ride). We loved our relaxing nights in the spa and the views are breathtaking! We would recommend staying here!

We loved this lake house. Views were spectacular from all rooms. Loved the hot tub overlooking the lake. Location was perfect, with a few minutes to downtown Couer D'Alene, and to other areas. Would recommend Tony's by the Lake for dinner, just a short drive. Would come back again! (the house definitely accommodates a more adult crowd as an fyi)
