So much better than the photos described. Large, clean, jacuzzi tub and hotel like beds

My kids couldn’t believe how nice it was! Great view off the two baloconies of the Carson valley. Amazing huge jacuzzi tub. Comfy beds with luxury feel. Very nice

Great price for Tahoe lodging

As long as your expectations are set appropriately, this can be a great place to stay. The check in process is done virtually in the lobby, so there is no live person available to help check you in and parking is a little tricky near the lobby, but once we figured it out, we got checked in smoothly and found our room. It's a little quirky but it is clean and spacious. The kitchen has basic items and is clean and usable. Do not there is not an oven, but there is a convection oven/microwave. One bedroom has a queen bed and the other has two twin beds and there is a pullout couch, but we found the pullout couch to be in need of an upgrade, the mattress was clean but thin and really lumpy, so we didn't use that and just made a bed on top of the couch. If we had wanted to use the pullout couch, there wasn't a full sheet sets to make the pullout couch. We did enjoy the location, the views were beautiful and it's easy access to skiing and sledding. We'd stay again and bring some extra linens and kitchen items that we may need.

Clean, spacious and affordable!

The check in process is a little confusing because its virtual but the maintenance staff was friendly and explained how things work and explained where things were located. Located 10 mins. from casinos so the location was perfect. Heavenly valley views are beautiful. There's more to the pictures posted on here. My son loved the indoor/outdoor pool!

Kicked out of apartment for following the rules

We booked this for 2 nights. Check in was inconveniently in another building. The apartment had carpet from the 70s and an ant infestation in the kitchen. Our paperwork clearly said check-out time was 12noon. At 9:00, housekeeping stopped by to see if we were out. They said checkout is normally 9 for that room but the front desk made a mistake and offered to see if she could sort things out. I got a call on my room phone 5 minutes later from the front desk demanding we leave immediately. I asked why my paperwork said noon and she said, “we printed new paperwork yesterday.” Maybe she did - but she certainly didn’t give it to us!!! Front desk was incredibly rude and offered no apology. She tried to make it seem like this was my mistake for believing the paperwork she gave us.
